My spouse and I recently received the worst service at this establishment. Not only were the massages painful and rough, the customer service truly did not make us comfortable and was unsettling. The massages were not relaxing, the ambiance was continuously disrupted, the masseuses were speaking to each other during our service and laughed at us while pointing to certain areas of our body thinking we did not notice, and we were hassled and berated for tips when on our way out. For me, I had a knot/kink in my left shoulder from sleeping the wrong way a she used the right amount pressure get it out. She also stretched and cracked me like a glow stick. It was not as fantastic as I had hoped/been led to believe. I've had better at places similar to this. It comes down to individual masseuse talent. So I can't knock them off too much. Maybe it was coming on a Sunday night. Maybe the lady was tired. There are rooms with doors but the walls do not go all the way up. There's about a 1-foot gap above. Maybe years ago this place used to have curtains to separate you. But now it's just partial walls. Same thing. The owner is very friendly and kind and is exactly the person in the picture. The people inside (customers) all seemed happy and cheery. You could kind of hear some initial chit chat between couples and the masseurs. For those wondering, yes the place closes at 10pm (the usual tell-tale sign of certain parlors). I like this place a lot. First time here. I have had 50-100 foot massages in Little Saigon over the years. My first foot massage was $12. Pros: Only $25, beds are separated by curtains, clean and quiet inside, you stay on your back the whole time in your underwear. except that you never lay on your stomach this is the same massage as the others (all over). You start seated so it is ok because your back and shoulders get massaged. The feet were done gloved and it was my favorite part. The abrasiveness of the gloves is great and it allows the tech to scrape in between your toes with covered fingernails. Cons: Music is the same song over and over. read more

My galpal and I seriously enjoyed our 1 hour fully body foot massage. They give you a half towel velcro robe of sorts. You take off your tshirt and pants. Then you soak your feet in hot water (with bumps, as a massage effect), while they do shoulder neck and back. Rooms are divided by nice dark purple curtains. So if you are with a pal, they remove the curtain so it becomes a double room. Then you lie down on the bed face up. They give you a slight face massage, great scalp massage. Then shoulders, neck and upper back. Then hands / arms (the best). Feet, calves and thighs. Finish off with a stretch and twist. They have a different technique that was detailed and the best foot massage I have ever experienced. Pricing is super reasonable at $20/hr. But there is a $1 up charge for credit card pmts. So bring cash and also for the tip. Slept so good. It released alot of tension. And it brought alot of blood flow to many areas of my body. FIVE STARS!!! read more

The massage was decent but I left w/ more of a back/arms massage than feet. Against my better judgement, I still tipped the lady $10 which I felt was fair... considering it wasn't that good. She was telling me I had to give her more because at this location you have to tip based on your time. I told her that tips are based of the quality of service, and I am generous w/ massages even though they usually spend some of "my time" walking out to grab towels, and hot stones.
