I got a 45 minute massage by Wendy and I can honestly say it was great. Very relaxing and just the right amount of pressure. Overall I would categorize this place as a maintenance massage that you get in between more expensive sessions. Few things to keep in mind - when people in reviews say "a lot of elbow" I think they really mean forearm. These ladies are very petite, so I personally think forearm massage is a great technique to cover more area while simultaneously adding more pressure. I really enjoyed this specific portion of the massage, but it's not for everyone and that's okay. - There is rubbing in between techniques that require more pressure, but I personally had no issues with it. They are people not machines, so taking a minute to rest their hands while still massaging you makes sense to me. Overall I really enjoyed this place and will definitely be coming back. NOT WORTH IT and what a WASTE of money/time. First of all, they increase their prices so I decided to get the 90 min for $70. If you decide to go just beware who you get because if it's not Oliver, don't even bother. I've gotten plenty of massages before and I know the routine, but if you are going to charge $70 I except a decent job especially when you're over here charging half the price for the same thing without having my feet in a basket of water. The women that massaged me barely did anything and I'm pretty sure she was distracted or tired or didn't know what she was doing. It was WEAK, no form/technique and VERY INCONSISTENT. And then she kept rubbing my back her forearm weakly and then when she got to my shoulders, she was cupping? cuffing? it and she didn't even try to work out the knots. Then she would start with some strength and then get weak and slow. Majority of the time I was left wondering if she dozed off or what. I was so mad halfway through, I just wanted to leave. Also also to the staff - don't leave your phone on the bed and if you do, at least put it on silent and not vibrate, so it's not annoyingly buzzing on the bed every time you get a notification. Well, at least the place was clean. I don't even mind paying upfront or the staff not being fluent in English or having to leave suddenly to attend to someone at the front desk. But the fact that you are charging $70/90 for a HALF A** JOB min is SUCH A SCAM. I waited a few days to write this, just to calm down and think clearly, to make sure I wasn't being irrational. But guess what? I'm still irritated, and my feelings are completely justified. read more

I'd like to update my review as I decided I'd give this place another shot. This time I was pleasantly surprised to see them put out both the thin sheet AND a thick towel for you to choose to lay over yourself. A fan was immediately turned on in the room once my massage began. I had Oliver who was absolutely AMAZING, so methodical and purposeful about his technique and payed careful attention to where I had tighter areas that needed extra pressure. He was also very considerate about holding the towel taught/appropriately when I turned over, keeping me covered where appropriate, and communicating with me to check the pressure, and let me know what he was doing (leaving to grab hot stones, if it was ok to massage my face, etc). I'll definitely be back as long as I can request to be with him. Tip: From other reviews, it seems that Oliver also works front desk, making him perhaps difficult to request, at times. I went at ~5pm on a Friday that seemed just a tad slower than usual. A less popular day/time would probably assure getting in with him. read more

I had a body massage for an hour which was $45. I was brought to a private room with some piano music softly playing and a bed with a towel and a leg pillow. The bottom of the table was lined with a towel and a sheer overlay seemingly for cleanliness which I appreciated. The towel was a normal towel so it was juuustt enough to cover my body. It was difficult to cover my body so my masseuse helped me when he got in. Oliver gave me one of the best massages I've ever had! He really pinpointed on my knots and really went for it. He skipped the hot stones that were supposed to come with the body massage but I didn't mind if that meant he was focusing on my knots. He really worked my back and did just enough of the other parts of my body to feel like I got something and he didn't rush. He gave just the right amount of pressure. Unfortunately, the female masseuse my sister had was the worst massage she has had. Her masseuse apparently didn't vary the techniques and rushed through, didn't get to her legs. Also the stones she used were not hot and towels were cold to wipe off the lotions/oils. So disappointing to hear that we had such opposite experiences! I told her to see Oliver next. read more

I rarely write negative reviews. Came here twice. Our first experience with Oliver and Kathy were amazing! We got the same 70-min combo massage for $35 and it was a different experience than the first time. Unless we got the massages mixed up. I fell asleep during my first experience massage and loved every second. My knots were gone with Oliver. Went back again last night and had a not-so-great experience with the same combo massage. ($35 combo) We first had an appointment around 730 for two couples massages. They called us back and said can you come back at 8 since previous customer came in late and we said okay. We get there at 8 pm and the front lady said Kathy's customer wants an extra 30 min, so is it okay if assign to another "strong" girl? (lol) So I had Oliver and my spouse had a different girl (not Kathy like promised) after switching times on us 2x. Our experience was a 1/5 or 2/5... somewhere in the middle. Oliver literally walked out on me 4 times and it was for a long period of time. He said "excuse me real quick " and didn't come back for a good 5 min. I actually got up and looked around to see where he went and felt confused and irritated. I honestly wanted to get up and leave or end the massage early. It was just plain boring. Usually I don't wait it to end, but this time I was rolling my eyes under the towel like "come on" I said it "you can do it harder please". I could also hear a loud machine in background (like someone pumping Brest milk) eeer eeer eeer... i know that sound very well as I did it for a long time. So that was also annoying. He kept whispering to the lady next to him. The only massage that I really enjoyed was the scalp massage and stone back massage. The foot massage was way too long and uncomfortable. The other stuff was just okay. I am not sure if he wore gloves but it kept scratching & pinching my skin. I think they spent like 15 min on feet. So boring .... Do not get the the combo $35 one, maybe try the other one. Oh..and the repetitive background music is so annoying. They need to switch up the music. The waterfall background is soothing but why keep it on the same song for the whole night?! Lastly, at the end of our massage they were eager to leave and they were waiting for us at the front register to collect their tips.(like tapping their feet to leave) I let them know that I had a much better experience with Oliver the first time. I said " are you sure he is the same Oliver?" Night and day difference.. We actually tipped them 20% even though I felt it wasn't necessary. We will not be coming back unfortunately... My friend left a necklace she took off for the massage. They made the effort to look up my number from making reservations and sent me a pic of the necklace, asking if it was mine. They could have easily taken this gold necklace but I love that they took the time to find a way to contact me. Love that they're open late too! Today I decided to try out this place. I love the way it looks inside and the reviews were great. Now I know why they get five star. I came in with my friend and I just love the ambience and the masseuse were excellent. The place is super clean and just so relaxing and I love the relaxing music and water in the background. I did the 70 minute massage and I went in with really tight neck shoulder it seems every part of my upper body was in need of a massage. I came out feeling so relaxed and I fell asleep during the reflexology. All my tension in my neck and shoulders are gone. Just make sure you drink a lot of water after a massage. Came here today for the first time. I had the full body hot stone massage. I used my card so it's $48 (includes the $3 card fee). The one thing which I thought was odd is that the woman charged me right there and made me put the tip on BEFORE going in for my massage.... The place is very clean, I got a private room and I believe I had the manager who gave me the massage. Hands down, beyond amazing! I've gone to several different places and have even spent a lot of money on massages and he hands down is the best! I had a lot of tightness in my upper back, shoulders and lower back and he even said that when we started. He got the knots out and I left feeling refreshed and mobile again. I'm very surprised by the good reviews. I was extremely disappointed by the service they provided. Prior to coming (approx 15 mins away) I called to inquire if the manager Oliver was available and the gentleman who picked up said he can't promise anything. I come and he's not. I think they should be able to tell if Oliver is a available or not. After my massage, I spoke to Claire making a suggestion about being able to determine if Oliver is available or not prior to a customer coming. She was rude, argumentative, and had major attitude. The massage by Cathy was not impressive. I don't think it was all her fault as the sheets on the massage bed were flimsy and cheap. Also, It was SO hot in there. How can one relax when they can barely breathe in there? Definitely not coming back to this establishment. I'm looking forward to Claire replying to this review justifying their poor ass service and attitude. Went here with my husband, did a combo MASSAGE but all I felt was just rubbing, i didn't feel any pressure at all, feels like the lady that was doing my massage wasn't in the mood to work. Didn't even massage my face. And her phone is in my massage bed that I can feel the vibration everytime someone messages her. i had high hopes for this place. the lady who massaged me didn't seem to know what she was doing. her movement/flow was very clumsy. she used her elbows way too much on my back. she legit was digging her elbows into my ribs, spine and shoulder blades. when she got to my legs/feet, she put gloves on, which i understand 100%, but the gloves were too big. so instead of a smooth sensation, it was a wrinkly/bunched up/rough/dry feeling during that entire timeframe. it was not enjoyable at all. her foot massage was very half assed. she didn't seem to know/hit all the meridians/pressure points. lastly, the place next door was blasting some sort of karaoke event, so i heard them the entire time over the relaxing music and was actually unable to relax. read more

I just said ok. She put me in a room, a girl came in quickly and just seemed mad the whole time. Did not say a single word to me the entire time, even when entering the room. Just started rubbing my back with no technique other than an open palm rub without any force or attention. So I got the vibe they were closing or something. But when I got out the massage there were people in the open beds, there was a man in the couch and another man who worked there. Very strange! I've been here several times and the earlier massages were great, but my last 2 massages were disappointing. The masseuse was rubbing my skin instead of my muscles. She put oil on my back then rolled her flat forearm around in circles. I wanted more specific attention to muscle knots. Came twice before reviewing to make sure. I was referred by a friend to get Oliver here. First of all, everyone except the receptionist and Oliver don't know English. The first time I came Oliver wasn't available so I had another lady, Yoyo was her name, she only knew the words "softer, harder," we were communicating by Google Translate. She didn't do the massage that well so I tipped $10. I was asking the receptionist whether there's a time Oliver isn't available, she said he's just on break and stated that if I wanted to see Oliver "you better call before you come." I better call? That was rude, but I let that go since English is her 2nd language and maybe she meant "it's better if you call before you come." Second time I got Oliver, he was very attentive and asked me about the necessary things, such as, pressure, whether he can massage my face, etc. he did a better job than the lady (but not that good since I've had better) so I tipped him $15. And the receptionist had the audacity to look me up and down and ask "$15 for 90 minutes?" "did he not do well?" Why didn't you ask me this when I tipped the other lady $10 and only this time? Also it's 90 minutes both times for $70. And I usually tip 20% as courtesy if they do well enough. Anyways I ended up tipping $20 to Oliver because I was already annoyed by that time. read more
