Came here for brunch this past weekend and I was not impressed. To start if with the good - the shrimp station was good although it was peel it yourself which is a mess. The crab legs were also great but again they were not cracked open. The paella was good - but it contained stone crab claws that were also not cracked open so the entire process was a mess. The cheese station was good as well and included a pretty good selection. Also there is a bottomless champagne/mimosa option that comes with the brunch (if you are lucky enough to get a waiter who actually serves you). Other than this the food was less than satisfactory. The beef from the carving station was way over cooked and totally unseasoned. It was so chewy I couldn't eat more than one bite. The chicken parm was too breaded and mushy. The desert station was also just ok. What really shocked me was this. We came to brunch and sat down asking for champagne. Our waitress served us immediately and at first she refilled our glasses. At the third glass it was very difficult to get her to come over and serve us - champagne, water, or even napkins. It was very strange. read more

I would rate this restaurant 3.5 stars. Some food items were amazing, like the churrasco and the mixed meat entree. Others items were not as amazing like the artichoke dip, it was strangely sweet, as well as the wings that came in the appetizer platter without any seasoning or buffalo sauce as described on the menu. There were also a lot of fried onion bits that had too strong of an onion taste. New guests should order other items and enjoy the view, this place is worth a try. read more

Yes,this is an old establishment but that doesn't make it ok to not keep up with food and health safety. Rats eat anything and poop a mile a minute. That can easily fall into food, tables, serving utensils, plate ware, etc. The owner should take that profit and do an internal renovation. On my lunch visit after we had eaten a rat came out to walk up and down the beams over the tables. The employees seamed unbothered by this and continued to work. The manager didn't talk to the room and even try to apologize for this. Which means this is normal, not the first rat to come and hangout and not the last. Changes need to be made..... Went to 94th Aero this past Saturday night for dinner. I have to start by saying i was highly disappointed. This place had the Miami Spice menu, which i tried, but the food was very mediocre. There were termites flying around landing on the table and the view of the airport?...not so romantic. The caprese salad could have been made by anyone, nothing exciting about it. For main course i had the mahi which tasted not so very fresh !. And it was supposed to be mahi topped with shrimp, and get this: it was topped with only 1 shrimp!. The only good thing was the mojito. This is definitely a has- been. So many other places to try in Miami, do not even bother going here. I will never be back!. read more

I'll keep it short and sweet: skip dinner, go for the lunch buffet. Dinner is stuffy, the place was empty (we were the only ones there yet the service was awful, we were there over an hour and they got the bill wrong), and it was overpriced for what we got. The dinner menu seemed a bit limited and quite dated, and the food made no impression on me whatsoever. My daughter liked the novelty of listening to the air control tower but she can do that over lunch. My sister and her boyfriend agreed, they were not impressed with the food and the bill was way too high. My fish was cold and heavily fried and the only good thing was the dessert, although it was not out of this world either. The brunch buffet gives you more choices and variety for a better price. Uff, this was one of those dinning experiences that you just regret. The food is nasty, like old and tasteless. They gotta reel em in here with the 1,000 point offering on OpenTable because the food is just that bad. The salmon was so old and unfresh tasting, covered in nuts to mask the taste, I couldn't even finish it. The steak was a cheap cut, fatty and bland. The waiter was horrendous, never saw him again after taking our order - had to wave our hand at various staff to get refills. All kitch and no substance. The history of this place and location I want to give this place an outstanding review so bad. I want to say the food and experience at this cool location is worth the price. BUT I cannot. The buffet is mediocre and you have to go early or you will feel like you are a buzzard eating what's left over. I went for the Sunday Brunch which goes for about 33 dollars - just a heads up: they do have a dress code, nothing too fancy, it's relaxed, but you can't be underdressed either. I think it is a steal for yummy food and endless mimosas and would definitely go again. read more

My gf & I came here for brunch this past Sunday & boy was it amazing! We had 10am reservations to ensure we had first dibs on the buffet! I had requested a seat where we could watch the airplanes land. That entire side of the restaurant is windows so the view is great! The whole restaurant is elegant and has a 1940's feel which I really enjoyed. Having the head phones where you can listen to air traffic control is a really cool touch! As soon as we sat someone came to pour us water & explain where everything was located which was nice because the breakfast portion is on one side with lunch & dessert on the other. The buffet has so many choices! Everything I tried was delicious!! You have to have a little of everything, trust me! My favorite items were the chicken in blue cheese sauce & fish in mushroom sauce. I didn't even need a knife for the chicken it was so juicy & feel apart with a fork. The lasagna was good, too. Even the mixed veggies were good & I don't like zucchini or squash but whatever they do made them tasty! Then there's the dessert selection, oh my! All I need to say is chocolate fountain!!!! Plus cakes, pies, cheesecakes, pastries, so very many delicious sweets! We tried almost all of them :) As for service, well it was impeccable! There was always someone (not only our server) checking up on us, making sure our drinks were full & removing unwanted plates. One of the best parts of this brunch is there are UNLIMITED MIMOSAS!! We're talking big glasses filled with champagne & a splash of oj. This place is not greedy! Never was my glass empty. When I would venture to get more delicious eats I would come back & my glass would magically be full again! They also have live music the whole time & the employees would dance & get all into it! I was having a party in my tummy & at my table! Everyone was happy, smiling & looked like they wanted to be there. If this was brunch I can't imagine what dinner is like here! Finally got around to going to this restaurant, and it has been on the top of my list as a chronic plane spotter for years. What a disappointment. I attended a function there on Saturday night. Their serving staff need some serious training. You do not ever lift a glass off the table when pouring - etiquette rule #1. You definitely DO NOT reach across one person with your armpit in their face while you pour for another. The room was jammed with too many tables so the lifting of the glass while a no no could have been excused so as to not provide me with a nose full of armpit. The salad was served first, (they forgot mine and we had to run behind the waiter to get one) and with my knife and fork placed neatly on the plate after finishing, along came the waiter, picked up my plate and literally flicked the dirty knife and fork onto the tablecloth. The place setting did not allow for cutlery for both salad and entree, so we were supposed to use the knife and fork provided for both parts of the meal. Whaaaaat!!!! I was horrified. The steak was tough, the bread cold, the salad hot. Will I be going back there. No, definitely not. Will I recommend it? As far as an event is concerned, if I could bring in my own servers and provide my own catering and therefore just use the venue - maybe... but I will never use their staff or catering facilities. read more

My family has always looked forward to eating at this restaurant so we had high expectations and we're terribly disappointed. The service was absolutely ATROUCIOUS & TERRIBLE. When we asked for more time to look over the menu the waiter said "No because the food will run out", later kept messing up our orders and we say something would quickly make excuses, make unnecessary jokes & kept complaining about the size of our party. Always treating us as if we were an unconvinience and at the end didn't want to give me back change as if he deserved more than 18% tip. The waiter was not qualified for this kind of restaurant. The food was mediocre at best, along with the drinks. Terrible mojitos & fish tasted rotten. I initially went to 94th Aero Squadron for Miami Spice, but after getting there and seeing the menu, it somehow wasn't as impressive, so I decided to order off the regular menu. For about the same price as the Spice dinner, I had the bourbon bbq spare ribs and filet mignon. Overall, I'd say the food was average. The portions were big, but I wasn't all that impressed with the quality. I decided to go ahead and get a dessert, and I had the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. It's pretty much a standard dish that's about the same everywhere you go, but in this case, I'd have to say it was the worst chocolate lava cake I've ever had - way too overdone. I hear this place is great for events, but for a regular dinner I'd say don't waste your time with this place. read more

Went there for Mother's Day brunch, the place was packed and therefore our party of 18 had to wait a bit to be seated, good thing we made reservations. Once seated the service was good and our waiter was very attentive to refilling our mimosas. The food was average, nothing stood out from the crowd. The paella and ceviche were good but not the best. Lechon and morros, carne con papas not what you were expecting. The ribs were soft and had good flavor same was the lagsana. Again nothing was to write home about. Our Bill came and a bit over priced $1005 but giving the fact that it was Mother's day we figured it was ok. The adventure started the following day when 8 of the 18 people woke up feeling sick, to be followed by endless trips to the toilet, even to the hospital for IVs for severe dehydration due to vomit and diarrhea. read more

I love this kind of restaurant... Beacuse it's all about the experiece. Here, you're located right next to the airport... And I mean, right next to it... You can see airplanes landing and taking off right next to you; also, they have headphones on the table for you to hear the control tower talking with pilots, it's really fun. As you park you're car, you will feel as if you were in a mikitary base from the 50's (at least how I imagine it). The downside is the food... Sometimes is horrible... Sometimes is barely good. With so much potential, they really really need to work on it and give it an urgent twist. For offices surrounding it, I know they have a great buffet but once again, a littke over-priced for the quality. If you lnd here by any chance, I recomend the Reuben Sandwich... I can't even believe that place can get away with serving such nastiness. I took one bite of some cold asian pasta salad and I almost gagged. It was sour!! I've driven by this restaurant on numerous occasions but never bothered stopping in. We are glad to have just had a wonderful Sunday Brunch there. Very friendly service, great food, and free pouring Mimosas. We had 12:30p reservations and showed up a half hour early. Despite being quite busy we were seated immediately. There is a LOT of food. I mean a seriously LOT of food. Everything from the breakfast fare (waffles, made to order omelets, etc.) to desert was great. Well almost. The eggs benedict had a weird chemical taste but you can only expect so much from eggs benedict pre-prepared and served in a catering pan. This was the ONLY item that I didn't like and it doesn't prevent the 5 start that I'm giving them. This is my first time here. The place is so cute. The detail to the decor is great. We came here for Sunday brunch and I will definitely come back. The spread was awesome. The only thing is that I would expand is the breakfast station. They had waffles, sausage, bacon, eggs Benedict and an omelet station. Being a die hard fan of cheese, I was thrilled at the cheese section. They had the basics Swiss, cheddar, and mozzarella. They also have havarti, Brie, and other spreadable cheeses. Of course oysters and crab legs were a must. They offer pallea, carving station and a meat and seafood station that included very juicy lamb, salmon, ribs, and pork. For dessert, you have your choice of cakes, flan, fruit, pudding and a chocolate fountain where you can dip your favorites like strawberries and marshmallows. The brunch comes with complimentary bottomless mimosa and the price is beyond reasonable for all the options you get. You have the option of listening to the airport tower and you have an awesome view of the airport where you can watch the planes take off and land. Cool place for a date or to take the family. I went there the other day for lunch. It is very close to my office and I like that part of it. However the service can use a coaching session. Not sure how they thought that this place is unique and we need them. It was interesting to see that. It really is a hole in the wall that has a view of landing planes... I heard that back in the day this place was cool. Not Nomoe... Food was barely ok compared to the many choice that we have around Blue lagoon. The building looks ok, but the service killed it. Most likely will not go back and the people I went with said the same. The food was just ok. I got their "Signature" steak...I can't remember the name of it. Be warned! If you say med rare...you get rare. Hence I did not eat all of my steak. This place seems like someone's Grandma's house with huge offerings of food nestled in random corners. I enjoy the variety of food that they have for Sunday brunch; some dishes are better executed than others. They usually have about 2-3 salmon options as well as lamb. Their bread selection is vast. They have many antipasti dishes and the lox is delicious. I've never had the patience to wait in line for the omelette station. The bacon, the last time I went, was suuuuper greasy, like ocean of grease greasy. The hash browns they have are medium sized triangles of fried goodness, which, after two hours of unlimited mimosas, is a welcome sight. The waiters are all over the place. The server at our table gave one girl in our party straight champagne (sparkling wine, brut, whatever they use) while giving everyone else a bit of orange juice...I don't think she asked for it that way, but she didn't complain. It was just weird as to why he singled her out. Ive been here twice for family birthdays, but it's definitely not a place that I would have mine or that I would just go to for a meal. Our usual place to go for Sunday brunch became a disaster after they remodeled. So we gave this place a try. There was nothing memorable about the food to tell you the truth. I remember most of the selection was mostly cold (raw bar and lots of salads, cheeses, caviar & pastas) When I was going to serve myself coffee there were no cups available. When I finally grabbed one I was confused as to which of the three containers had coffee (none of them had labels) so I went for the middle one and was surprised to find I had served myself hot chocolate instead... Which tasted like water and generic chocolate syrup. Buuut I have to say that their waiters were extremely attentive! One of the servers asked us if the table they had available was ok for us, or if we would like to wait for something else. They had another cute detail about the headphones in each table where the guests can listen to the airplane tower. Some tables are also directly facing the lift off of the airplanes. read more

My brunch here in a word, Excellent. I wouldn't label this place as couplie romantic brunch spot. However for a group such as ours, hungry, and ready too drown in mimosas.. It's perfect. There was a slight language barrier - but then again it's to be expected when discovering good food in Miami. On to the bottomless mimosas. They were made with decent wine and fresh oj. The servers were very quick to refill, I never had to ask once. The atmosphere was fun. They had a spritely crew and a fantastic electric pianist who at one moment would be deep into a Beethoven song then finish and spring into a version of Katy Perry. The food was endless. I have never seen such a selection of food at $30. I was concentrated on the king crab legs, caviar, and salmon (I'm all about the sea food) but my buddy dug into the ribs and my roommate found the Eggs Benedict fantastic. read more

Good Sunday brunch buffet. They make eggs however they're making them that day, so you don't get a choice. The day we went it was poached in the heated tray or custom omelets. You can have both lunch and breakfast if you like, or one or the other. It's all self service, except for drinks, which the waiters provide. Lunch had loads of options, including a full dessert station. Food was all good, though the labels were a little confusing, like the one labeled simply "meat" (turned out to be beef tenderloin with a mushroom gravy) or the one called "beef" (steak tips). They also cater events there and the event I attended was plenty spacious, though the exterior is a little rough. Service was fine and the open rustic look is well maintained. read more

Been here twice. Once for brunch for my parents and grandparents anniversaries (celebrated together) and once for a business association meeting/luncheon. Both times were phenomenal. They have an exquisite buffet spread with everything from seafood, to steak, chicken to pasta, even a salad and soup bar. They have chefs grilling prime meats right next to the buffet and there is a separate buffet with desserts to choose from. Both times I have been, the specials were totally different with several options to choose from. The price is good because you definitely get your money's worth, not to mention the view of the airport is pretty neat. Older crowd is obvious, but I recommend it especially during Miami Spice month. read more

Went to Sunday brunch and I must say that there was lots and lots of food, after all it is a buffet style brunch. There was a wide variety to choose from and most of it was good. The breakfast section was great with its own omelette station, made to order. The lunch section offered a wide verity of salads, warm food and a selection of seafood. The food was a little greasy for my taste, everything seemed to be made in some sort of sauce and you can see the oil coming through. The desert section was my favorite, there was plenty to choose from. There was flan, cheesecake, chocolate cake, carrot cake, marshmallows and strawberries with a chocolate fountain. I went for a work holiday luncheon and they served us buffet style. They had a wide variety of food including salmon, roast beef and paella, amongst other things. The desserts were mediocre-various cheesecakes, stale banana nut bread and some kind of mousse. Our waiter rushed us the entire time. The worse part is the restaurant was dead and our party of 15-20 people were really the only ones there. Overall ok restaurant and food. I don't think I will be returning. read more

So disappointed! It had been years since I went to the one in Clearwater and was excited to find this location in Miami on a business trip. Place was empty on a Tuesday for lunch. That should have been a warning. My chicken/pasta was disgusting, I'm not even confident it was chicken ( Meow) service was a mystery joke with the waiter pulling a disappearing act through out lunch leaving a buss boy to stand next to us staring at us. Very uncomfortable. Atmosphere was not like the old days, it was unkept and looked like it was designed by a High School prom committee. For God's sake they had the movie " Top Gun" playing on a computer monitor in the lobby. Don't think that was around in WW1 French farm house.
