I went to Honest Tom's at Great Falls Plaza for an inspection and failed for "bad" windshield wipers and a nail in the tire. The wipers were working perfectly fine yesterday, and when I checked them later today, they were just slightly out of place--an easy fix that took seconds. They tried to charge $30 for new wipers. As for the tire, they said the whole thing needed to be replaced for a nail that looked brand new and wasn't even rounded. When I got home, the nail was suddenly pushed all the way in meaning they placed it there at the shop. It hadn't punctured the tire at all. No plug was even needed. 1 minute and I fixed all the damaged they caused to my car and passed the inspection same day elsewhere. Definitely didn't feel like an honest experience. read more

Dropped off my car for a needed oil change without any appointment. The manager met me and took my car in and turned it in just over an hour while I shopped at the stores nearby. Service was quick, and the price was less than what I've paid at other locations. I'll be back! read more

Took my CR-V in to get line fixed from tank latch inside to outside tank as it quite working. Also took new headlight covers that I bought for them to change out for me. They took the time to look over my entire vehicle thank goodness as my power steering mechanism was going to break at anytime. I got my tire swapped out here after getting a flat, and they made sure to give me daily updates when the new tire ended up arriving late (through no fault of this shop). My car's exterior was totally filthy after sitting under a tree for a week while I couldn't drive it, and Rigo gave it a quick cleaning as a courtesy. Awesome service at a fair price. read more

I dropped off my car at 8am and I was the 2nd car in line to change all 4 tires,wipers changed and alignment. Service advisor said it will be done at 3 but didn't finished until 4:41 smh. Hey mechanic's out there doesn't it only take under an hour to change all 4 tires? Also alignment under an hour too lol. read more

We have been blessed with truly professional treatment from Victor, and Jaime. Matt, the owner, is very approachable and knowledgeable. They pride themselves in making customers feel like "family". If you download the app, you can stay on top of maintenence scheduling and communication with the service members. Highly recommended. Attached is a car wash and a gas station. They specialize in European cars, however, that doesn't limit work on all oder brand types. We have been bringing all of our vehicles here for the past 7 years. I called last minute to see if I could get an alignment, and I'm assuming I was speaking with Tom, but I'm not certain. Anyway, he was incredibly kind and patient and helpful. He gave me a great price for the alignment from what I'm used to, and a copy of what they did with before/after imagery, which I've never gotten before and I really appreciated. It was done very quickly... I think less than an hour... I don't live in the area, and was bringing someone else's car there, but my car needs an alignment too, and I wish I didn't live 80 minutes away!! I'd go back in a heartbeat for my own car. This place is great. Brought my jeep in for electrical issues and Rigo had his guys check it out. Rigo then went above and beyond and found out that the jeep was still under warranty for 2 more days. He called me and told me to take it to the dealer since the warranty was still good. I appreciated the honesty. He could have never mentioned it and charged me for it. Honesty goes a long way.
