This was my first time coming to this nail salon, and honestly, I left very disappointed. The older gentleman who did my pedicure was incredibly sweet and did a great job. My experience started off well, and I was happy with my toes. Unfortunately, things went downhill when I moved on to my nails. The woman who did my nails was very rough throughout the process. She didn't properly clean up my cuticles, and there was acrylic and gel left messy around my nails. While filing, she was rough enough that I kept pulling my hands away because it hurt. What concerned me the most was the burning sensation when my nails were placed under the UV/LED light to cure the gel. The burning was intense and uncomfortable. I understand a little warmth can happen sometimes, but this felt excessive and was not explained to me at all. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience. I paid $140 and expected much better quality and care. My nails did not look anywhere near their full potential, and the overall experience left me disappointed. Hell no I just got my nails done today why they charge me 150 for this bull shit I came for fullset and pedicure pedicure took 5 ever with fullset the lady sloppily did my shape I told the owner I wasn't happy with the price They cute but not worth it shape could've been better and also I feel like i should've had more gems or a longer length (cuter nails) for that price Then when I asked why is the price that was the break down was ridiculous basic pedicure is 40 but I got gel so 15 more then I also got a French tip so they added 15 for a French tip on the toes ($75) for a pedicure and it wasn't even no combo or upgrade none of that Crazy I thought the most I was gonna pay was about $50 for a pedicure then we get to the nails 45 for a basic fullset okay cool 15 for gel then 20 for tips then they added jewels and I don't even know what to change was for those but they did my dirty I was just trying to find a new place anyway I still paid but there was definitely a disagreement read more

I waited 2 hours, people were done before me that came in AFTER me. I was rushed out the door. I was charged $75 for a BASIC short French tip set, I would've been satisfied if the nails were even & the French tips werent completely crooked and uneven. they look horrible. a waste of $, nail days are the ONLY days I have to myself and I wasn't even able to enjoy it. don't recommend & won't be returning. read more

I went to this establishment twice and will never go again. First. The owner is so busy they literally get you in and out with not much care or attention to detail about their work or the quality of it. The first set was a dip powder matte coffin set. Very basic. I paid extra for a manicure and all she did literally was cut my cuticles. Didn't layer the powder enough. Only dipped my nails twice and so within 2 weeks 4 nails broke. The next time I went I got acrylic nails stiletto matte with two jewels. Again I paid extra for a manicure thinking it would be different and again all she did was cut my cuticles and she made me bleed on two separate fingers. I literally had to stop her and tell her to slow down and be more careful. She finished my nails and 3 of them weren't the same shape. My index finger on my right nail was so thin that it bent. I went back in to pay for the nail to be fixed and she told me "it's the polish" and kept saying that to the point that I said "look I don't care if you think it's the polish or not I just need it fixed" so when she started to fix it she noticed that it was the nail and fixed it correctly. I paid $1 for each jewel so $2 for 2 small jewels and they came off in about 3-4 days so it was pointless. When I reviewed my bank account it seemed as though I was over charged by 7 dollars. When I went in to talk about it she immediately got defensive. I told her hey I have the amount right here on my phone on my bank app it shows the charge. I asked her to show me my receipt showing that I signed off on that total amount and she refused to. So of course it turned into a battle of words. Had she proved me wrong it wouldn't have been a problem. She could have simply showed me the receipt as she keeps them in the back but she refused to and wanted to go back and forth. Sat here for 3 hours for a pedicure and fill. Pedicure was decent. Polish was sloppy. My fill was horrible. Sliced my finger with nail file. The white gel is very chunky and uneven. When I said something the offered to buff the polish. After being here 3 hours I was done. $60 later I'm pissed. Why I went to the hood to get my nails done I'll never know. Don't go here. Terrible Salon. I went in for a full set, medium length gel set. Gel was thick as hell, paint was sloppy as hell, one of my nails weren't pressed down all the way when they were glued on and they still continued to put acrylic on it and I didn't notice until after I left. Literally looked like my nail was lifted you could see the gap between my finger nail and the acrylic!! When I came back I asked her to fix the nail, shape and clean up my nails, under my nails were dirty as hell after I asked for a color change!! Once she fixed my nail it was shorter than the rest. No effort , customer service is terrible. Acrylic was all over my cuticles!! I was so pissed omg , I even tipped good because I felt bad about me changing my decision on my color prior. And they didn't even make sure my nails looked decent. I ended up rushing to my salon that I usually go to so they could fix my nails before they close. SMHH do not go here read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off the customer service was very bad, my friend and I were being polite and trying to start conversations, none of them were polite and we got ignored almost everytime. I requested Kim when I scheduled my appointment and 3 different people did my nails, very unorganized. I got short almond shaped nails with a deep French tip, cow print design and a single rhinestone on each finger, I was charged $102. I asked why it was so expensive she said my full set was $55, which didn't make sense considering I got shorter nails than what I normally get, $20 alone for the deepness of my French tip...And she wouldn't tell me the rest. That adds up to $75 so where did the other $22 come from? I have been getting acrylics for years and I always get a lot of designs and rhinestones and whatnot but have NEVER been charged this much! I only had $105 on me so I couldn't tip and after I had paid she asked for my ID for the card and wrote my name down. When Sam worked here it was a great place to go, I would go there a lot and after the two ladies took over it went down south quick. Lots of nicks and cuts. They would thin out my nails way too much. I still came here every blue moon since they always did last minutes. The final straw was... I came in to get my nails done before going clubbing. This girl had the NERVE to see two girls that walked in after me and told me to to wait another 30 minutes to an hour while I was already sitting there. She asked me please to come back and I said no thank you I'll go somewhere else. She kept on saying please and not once tried to work something else out especially since I have been coming there regularly. You would think that regulars would get priority over two other girls that came in right after that didn't have an appointment because she asked them and they said no. SAD. I have never seen that happen before where someone that cam afterwards would get priority over me. the Pedicure was a good experience. The nail designs were cool when SAM was around, she is travelling around. If you can't keep up with customers on a busy Saturday it is time time make sure someone else can be there too. Otherwise everything will go down hill fast. I came all the way there from Puyallup when there are so many other places close by. I also tipped every single time I came. The lady who owns the shop is rude. She gets an attitude if you do not want to get what she is trying to sale you. There is only her and her husband in the nail salon so things can get really slow really quickly she will stop on your nails to work on a new customer you literally be waiting for a half an hour before she starts on your nails again this place is definitely your last resort read more

I went here the other day with my daughter. We spent $200 between the two of us for two full sets and our eyebrows to be waxed. First it took three technicians to do my nails they would start on me and partway through switched to a new customer. Then they would work a little bit on my nails and then switch to another new customer. It took three hours to get a full set of nails on. We were on a schedule as we have small children to take care of. I have never been to the nail salon for three hours for just a full set I mean we didn't even get pedicures. Then The technique she was trying to do on my nails would not work for some reason all I wanted was foil stickers. And she tried to leave them on just the way they were when I told her I did not like them I could feel her attitude and then she started a new technique that I was so frustrated at this point that I just let her finish and left. I ended up going to another nail salon near my house 20 minutes after I left there to have them repainted which only cost me $10 and they looked 100 times better than they did when I left 96 nails. I guess when you go to the ghetto to get your nails done expect some ghetto nails. I will never come Here again as we have come here a year or so ago and had a good experience. But this time was just a freaking nightmare. Get your act together and maybe you will keep your customers. If I could give negative stars I would. read more
