If you want to waste your time and money this is the place for you. After 5 days my Acrylics were popping off and the gel polish was lifting on the corners of my nails. Not sure if because she tried to re-files my nails after they were already painted or not but I've never experienced this. I called and she offered to fix them but to be honest after having them pop off after simply typing on a keyboard during my shift was Beyond frustrating. In the pic was 5 days after paying $60 for them. I was offered a full refund but she changed her mind when I actually showed she then offered $20 because she was deducting tax??? I have been a loyal customer at LeLe Nails for two years now .. the salon is always clean and keeps a good room temperature even on hot days. There are plenty of colors to choose from as well as services.. including massage chairs at each pedicure station .. and the prices are good. Hannah has been the main nail tech I have seen when I go .. although the other nail techs are good too .. I prefer Hannah to do my nails. She always does a great job, my nails look great and they withstand all the hard work my hands do. I try to get in at least every two to three weeks but at times have gone longer. They still hold up. I've been so pleased with not only the service but the quality of work and overall product at this nail salon. I'm not a regular at Nail salons for a few reasons but when I did have my nails done in the past, I had never gone back for a fill EVER because my nails would have already fallen off, no reason for a fill at that point! But last Friday I not only got a fill, but all my nails are still in amazing shape, all still secure and none are loose or even close to coming off and they are going on week 3 on Friday 5/14. I had high hopes for this place. I had come here 2 other times and the ladies that helped me did a good job. Well that all changed today. I think her name is Lisa. She's the chick that waxes and does lashes and that's really all she needs to do because she is terrible at nails. I asked if you could do ombre with gel polish. She said yes. I asked her again and she said she could do ombre with gel. Below you will see the crappy job and she still tried to to charge me extra for the ombre. She obviously doesn't know what she is doing. I wish she would have just told me she couldn't do it. Then she had the audacity to ask me why I keet her finish before I complained. I usually get my nails done by Hannah, but she was off today so Tina did my nails and she is amaze balls! Got a fill, gel polish w/ a design on 1 finger each hand. She concentrated on every detail of the picture I showed her with the designs I wanted and helped me pick out the color closest to it, the final result is just beautiful I'm loving my nails, thanks doll. One of the worst pedicures I've ever had in 30 plus years! She removed part of the nail from the nail bed and then put polish over the skin then left it smeared. Will not return and honestly should get a refund as the soles of my feet are still rough. I do not understand how people, just a few months ago, complimented about new equipment and so clean. Along with menopause comes new joys...hair where hair should not be! I resent now sporting lip and chin hairs. Since I'm still a little vain and my hairdresser no longer does waxing due to increased insurance costs, I needed help. A few more days and I'm sure I would be sporting a full blown beard and mustache...not an attractive look on me. In the past I had noticed Lele's when I went to the post office two doors down, so I decided to check them out today. The Pros: I did a walk in, was greeted with a smile and got right in. I didn't catch my technician's name, but she was pleasant, quick and thorough. I was in and out within 10 minutes, happily hairless, at least in the right places. Very pleased with the service. The Cons: like a previous reviewer stated there was no mention or sign, that I noticed, of a service charge for credit/debit cards, but that was minimal for a $10.00 charge. It was a little odd to be led into a back room that appeared to be a staff room with a table bed. It could have been a little cleaner for my taste, but nether was to the point that caused me to creep me out or deduct a star. Overall given the service I had, the pros outweighed the cons. I decided to try Lele nails for a pedicure because they were within walking distance from my home. I was a walk-in client and they were busy. However, they were able to accommodate me. That being said, I felt the pedicure was a bit rushed, but I understand they were busy and squeezed me in. Otherwise a good pedicure. Reasonably priced. I've gone through a lot of nail salons and their work is much more thorough than any other ones I've been to. I've always had my nails done since I had a job to pay for them and I've gone to this nail salon for more than 10 years. I've recommended friends and family and more importantly, I've tried most of their services. They're very accommodating and if you ever run into issues with them, I suggest you take it up to them personally and I'm almost 100% certain they will address it. If you've been around other local nails salons (and I'm not talking about uppity pricey ones where they give you champagne as you soak your feet), you will know the difference in work quality, environment and service.
