Always do great work , very friendly, they also provide snacks and drinks. I will bring in any design and they will do it for me.

Color changing nails $35 for fill +marble on ring finger
    Emily D.

I called before coming in on a Monday morning. Came in around noon and there was no one else getting their nails done. Both ladies here are really sweet. They did a really good job on everything except for the marble. When picking out my color the had a sample nail with a marble design on it which was super cute so i picked that for my ring fingers but when they actually tried to do it, they couldnt quite get it to look like the sample. They had to take it off and start over a couple of times which ended up taking around an hour and a half for the fill which kind of turned into a hassle where i kind of regret choosing the marble pattern but it still looks alright i suppose. they have A LOT of color/design options too. More than many other places i've been to. Pricing is kind of confusing. Its $15 for a fill, then $10 for gel, then $5 for coffin shape, then $5 for the marble pattern. I guess they didnt charge extra for the color changing polish but it was$35 all together which is a deal. Overall good. Would come back.

Love this nail salon! Very clean environment & friendly staff! I loved how the tools used on me were sanitized, I really don't experience that often. My nail tech was very gentle, communicative, sweet & I could tell that she genuinely cared about the health of my nails. I also loved that she did not leave a gap in between my cuticle and gel polish. Pricing is reasonable, they are a cash only salon but they also take cash app or Venmo!

I got my nails done by Tammie the owner, and I had wonderful service. The only reason I did not give it a 5/5 is because I asked her to do square round, and she only rounded my nails out. I paid $45 for dip and a color change which is honestly really cheap. Overall, super friendly and clean place. Would recommend highly.

This nail salon is amazing! Tiffany, Tammy and one more lady make this spot the best place for nails and pedicures!! Tiffany takes her time with pedicures she is also the one who makes amazing nail designs. She is so creative. This salon is so clean. The massage chairs are so comfortable and get right to the deepest places while receiving a relaxing pedicure. This is the place to come if You're looking for a salon .

If you've never been here I suggest you come here to get PAMPERED! I got a full set and a pedicure. The prices are very affordable! Tammie, the owner, was so amazing! She really took her time and made my nails beyond perfect for my bday! Her beautiful daughter did my feet and again everything was perfect! My birthday was MADE. Thank you so much Tammie, I'll be back in a few weeks for a fill!! This is the best salon in Tacoma for sure.

    Breaks my heart.

Ehhhhh. Is all I can say. They do an okay job and they're super sweet butttttt there are too many things I don't like about my nails and I don't like that they tax on prices for cut downs and shaping likeee? I asked for coffin and the shape was okay it just wasn't skinny enough towards the tip. The color application was gooped on and there's quite a bit of space in between the nail polish and my cuticle. The sides are awful and the design forget it. Im happy that she tried but it wasn't as clean as I would like. Oh and I made an appt with tammie but she was with a client and decided to schedule me with someone else. That's that shit I don't like. Please please please if you go to a bomb ass nail shop that does a clean color application and doesn't struggle with design let me know!!!!

Natural American French manicure with gel

Tiffany did a beautiful American French manicure in gel on my nails exactly the way i wanted it. Down to the shape and length of my nails too. She was very warm, welcoming and easy to talk to. She took into consideration my sensitive cuticles and a lot of care went into her work. This was my first time going there and I will certainly return to see Tiffany. The only thing is I wish she worked later so I could see her after work!

UPDATE: The salon messaged me privately trying to deny what happened and also thought I've already been to their salon before. If you look at reviews I've written on Yelp, you can see that my go to nail salon was in Texas before I moved here; and you can actually see that I'm a huge fan of supporting nail salons. This place just isn't one of them. I requested a dipping powder set ahead of time prior to my arrival. When I got there, the mom put gel on a finger in which I reminded her I wanted powder. She replied, "gel last longer" and continued with gel for the rest of my nails. Tried to tell her she filed some of my nails shorter and some longer; she compared two nails lengths, filed one nail to match the other, and ignored the rest of my nails. She rushed my nails the entire time to finish because she overbooked me with someone else (I found out about this when I arrived and the mom spoke in Vietnamese to her daughter). The client she was working on before I got there was left to wait until she got done with me; the client even told her she had to go and all she had gotten done was polish removal. I tried to tell her daughter that I didn't think I should pay for a service I didn't ask for, and with poor quality at that. She told me the service was already done and told her mom in Vietnamese of my complaints. Her mom replied in Vietnamese, "what more does she want, she didn't tell me anything" in addition to some other things. I told her daughter that I'm Vietnamese and that they shouldn't be talking about their customers like that. She said, "well then if you understood her you should've told her what you wanted" and the other clients in the salon all laughed, not knowing the nail techs have probably talked crap about all of them before in Vietnamese. I told the daughter I understand better than I can speak it and continued to pay for a service I didn't even want. Why would I stay quiet and not say a single word to my nail tech, knowing I'd have to pay for it anyway? I should not be blamed for a language barrier or for the salon overbooking me with someone else. In the end, she charged me 30 instead of 40. Not sure I why I still tipped her after she misspoke about me in Vietnamese and ignored all of my requests, but if I were you, I'd avoid this unprofessional salon. If they're willing to trash talk about a client who they didn't know was Vietnamese, imagine what they'd say about someone of a different ethnicity.

I needed a new nail salon since moving to Tacoma from the north seattle area. I decided to check this place out because I saw some pretty designs. Overall experience was nice, the lady who did my nails was attentive. Though I would say if you want coffin shape, be sure to tell them a little slimmer at the tips because my nails came out more square shaped but I'm not upset, it's a different shape than what I usually go for and it's nice. The color choices are really great, they have mood changing gel polish which I'd like to try next time. The environment is clean and quiet and I like that they have the UV lamps built into the nail desk.

Dip powder with a glitter fade. Color is bikini season I believe. Done by Tiffany. It is best if you book an appointment to get her.

Nail polish started chipping just a few days after getting them done. $55 + tip for a fill and simple polish is a little ridiculous.

Hi! Are you able to do acrylic nails with nail forms or do you work with nail tips only? Thanks

Sorry we don’t provide that kind of acrylic service here. Thank you!

Do you guys have poly gel?

How much is a full set of acrylics with dip powder?

$55 for acrylics and $45 for your actual nails!

Do you do uv gel sets?

If you're asking about a full set with gel/shellac polish on top, then yes we do.

How much would a full set of coffin nails be?

a full set would probably be around $30 :) but you can always call and Tammie will be able to tell you

Do you use skwarovski crystals or plastic rhinestone gems?

I believe they do have swarovski crystals, but I'm not quite sure about plastic rhinestone gems. You could ask if they have those.

    Yes we do pedicures.

Do you offer sns? Thank you!

Sorry we not don't have sns thank you

Do you guys do ombré nails?

sorry we don't do hard gel

How much would it be to do acrylics on both nails and toenails?

Wrote a good review for this place only to come back a few visits later and be VERY DISAPPOINTED…read more ***LONG REVIEW BUT I PROMISE ITS WORTH THE READ.*** I go in for brow waxing, sometimes upper lip. Threading hurts but I get waxed here since we're told nail salons aren't fully licensed to do waxing at all. Which they've messed up my brows multiple times so I stopped going there and eventually found my spot here at this location. Anyways, after waxing most of my brow they always ask if they can thread just a little bit, which I've always said that's fine as long as it's not mostly threaded and instead waxed like I asked. Well, this day (Saturday 9/21/24) which was yesterday, I go in and end up seeing the wax artist I would go to in the first place (last year) but hardly saw again. I was told it's because she only works Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and I was always going throughout the weekday or Sundays; she's the older short light skin lady, could be the manager or not. So of course after waxing she asks to thread a little, and since everyone else has done it without trouble I figured this time wouldn't hurt. But as she got to the eye lid, I felt a pinch a few times in a row. It stung but not like a normal thread should but I thought maybe I'm just sensitive this session. Thinking back on it now, she put A LOT of gel after she finished which I thought was weird but just brushed it off. Come to find out it was her hiding the fact that I was bleeding since she nicked me multiple times but didn't say anything. I even flinched multiple times and she never said sorry or anything at all. The service finished and I checked the mirror to see it was alright looking which it was decent (I saw some hairs below my brow but just wanted to be done with it) and said it's good. But obviously wasn't bleeding because she JUST wiped it again before I sat up to check it. I paid and walked out. Went across the way to that clothing store literally right after and when I looked at my sister she told me I was bleeding. I used the clothings stores full body mirror to see that I was, pretty bad too. So we walk right back over to Brow Arc and I show her and she says "do you always have sensitive skin?" I said "Yes but I've never had this happen before. Is there something you can do?" She offered me more cooling gel and that was it. I didn't want to pry more so we just left. We walked to the food court and sat down and I had my sister take photos while it was still "fresh" (see photos below). It wasn't until I got home that it started to sting even more, so since yesterday I've been using cooling gel when it acts up and it's slowly getting better. In my 14 years of getting my brows waxed and/or threaded from MULTIPLE artists and locations I have NEVER had this happen before because of "sensitive skin" like she suggested. I paid for a service that actually injured me that an artist lied about thinking I wouldn't notice. That also didn't help or offer partial refund, and she was even tipped for it too. I really wanted to love this place but not everything is always best for you. Unfortunately, I will NOT be returning to this place and I hope people take this review into consideration as well.

When I walked in there was no introduction or greeting, she immediately asked me who I was seeing and I didn't remember her name since it was my first time there. She laughed when I said I didn't know and then asked if I needed the bathroom. I said yes, and turned to my left (which was the treatment room) and her response was extremely condescending about that not being the bathroom. Again, I've never been there. A quick "hello, my name is Laurinda, this is where you will receive your facial today" is all it would've taken. It was a very negative first impression. About ten minutes into the facial treatment she ripped my nose hoop out and claimed she didn't know I had it. It's a large gold hoop, it's very obvious. Most facialist ask me to leave it in because with it out, my skin is technically "open" and it's a liability, so I was relying on her professionalism to handle that request. She didn't apologize but just stated, "If I would've know that was there I'd have asked you to take it out." If she would've introduced herself to me at the start of my appointment and looked at my face, she would've seen my nose hoop. But somehow it was my fault. I'm a little worried that she was less than foot from my face during the treatment and claimed she couldn't see it. Ten minutes later she proceeded to rip out my earring on my right ear. She then blamed that on me (again) saying that my earrings were weird because they had a back post. I'm pretty sure 95% of earrings have posts. She then proceeded (without my permission) to aggressively rub my ears. I asked her to stop because it hurt and she said "I'm trying to feel your earrings to understand what I'm working with." I realized when I got home that my ear was actually bleeding. Overall, the whole experience was extremely uncomfortable and quite frankly painful at times. I regret not leaving sooner. This was a Mother's Day gift and it left me more stressed and upset than when I walked in. When I left the treatment room after getting dressed she was no where to be found. 0/10 for customer service.
