He was happy to explain what certain marks were on my roof and assist in submitting a claim to my insurance company. Chris came out to meet with the State farm insurance rep and I had verbal approval from the onsite rep that this shouldn't be a problem. Chris was nice enough to meet a second rep that wasn't very helpful and was contradicting what the previous State farm representative said would be covered.
