Also, this is not a reflection on the store as they have more than enough parking but the patrons in there trucks, big and small, were careless and created lots of unnecessary traffic issues in the parking lot so just be aware of that. I can spend countless hours admiring tools. I found myself coming in today for some jumper cables for my younger brother. His car died out and wanted a set for his own. I had a coupon to get % 20 off a single item, so I used it for his cables. I spent a good amount of time walking around the store and looking at the products. Taking pictures and seeing what can I use for my line of work. Several items caught my eye here. Mainly anything that has to do with working on a car. Harbor freight sells all types of tools for different types of fields. I really can't speak on most of them. But I can tell you from an automotive perspective. They do carry tools for us and have a lifetime warranty on all hand tools. So on my next visit I'll probably pick up some extra sockets, hammers and Screwdrivers. I'll start off small and just go from there. Because years back, it seemed like I had the worst luck in the draw. I would always get tools and they would break on me so easily. That's the main reason I stopped coming here. I still stick with MAC tools and Snap On as my everyday hand tools for the type of work I do. Two things really stood out for me today. The over the phone customer service and cashier Marguerite. Like I stated earlier , My lil brother's car died out and I was in the area. So I called here and got a phone quote very quickly and asked if I was coming in, I assume for the cables to be put on hold. But I was shopping around the area for other prices. So I wasn't sure if I was coming in or not. As I was being checked out ,Marguerite was very talkative and really nice.
