The gym is clean with every machine you can think of. I love the fact they have a nurse evaluate you and do a full body scan, with this you can see your progress every 3 months. I loved the fact they were having a special to start with 3 training sessions. Wasn't sure if i would use them, I've worked out for 7 years I knew what i was doing right? I took a year off from working out and thought I would give trying a trainer a shot. Boy was I glad I did! I met with Kurt who was very professional he took his time with me, he took time to get to know me and personalize a routine for me. Kurt showed me equipment in the gym I never knew existed, so many new ideas and routines it was great. Kurt made going back to the gym exciting for me again. I left the gym every time excited to go back even though I was sore it's a good kinda sore. Kurt motivates you and cheers you along on some really tough moves but keeps ya going. Kurt is a huge asset to mainline if you get him as your trainer you would be very fortunate and ripped if you can afford to keep up the sessions The only downside to this gym is the training sessions are pretty $$$ for me. I looked around and contacted several different trainers, Jeff responded before anyone else. Although I looked at a few others, I picked Jeff because I just liked him. It was an excellent choice. He is dedicated, he knows so much about wellness and more importantly he is always learning. I can ask anything about nutrition, lifestyle or training and if he needs more information, he finds out and then shares with me. The thing that matters most is that here I am, four months past my big day and I still train with Jeff. I am also so happy to say that my husband was so impressed with what he saw and with what I told him, that he now trains with Jeff too. Since I've joined, I've gained muscle, learned better technique and made some really awesome friends. I love that everyone there from their incredible training staff to the lifters themselves are knowledgeable and helpful to anyone that walks in the door. It really does feel like a tight knit family that is welcoming to everyone willing to put in the work, from the feel at the gym during classes to the chili cookoffs and Phillies games together. In fact, just this past weekend we drove 2 hours down to Delaware just to watch some of our friends from the gym compete in a strongman competition and it was a blast! We've brought numerous friends for drop-in workouts and they've all walked away impressed at the camaraderie and top of the line equipment that owners Katie and Brian have for their gym. Whether it's strongman, powerlifting, Olympic lifting or cross fit style workouts you are seeking, you can find it all at Power Plant, and then some. My wife and I actually participate in Spartan races and we love that there are numerous rigs, ropes, assault bikes, and sandbags to help supplement our training.

There are some bench platforms and plenty of chalk. There is also strongman equipment such as Atlas stones. So, whether you are into Olympic lifting or powerlifting or strongman training, there is ample equipment for you. The problem is the people. As long as you are putting money into their pockets --- as by paying for training, the trainers are attentive. So, I paid somewhere around $500 for some personal training, and the advice and coaching was solid. The problem is that once you stop paying, it is evident that the trainers and the owners could care less about you --- never mind that you are paying the monthly dues. So, after I finished with my personal training sessions, I was lucky to get a nod of acknowledgement--- from the owner all the way down to the staff. And if you ask for something as simple as a spot, they act as if you are somehow imposing. I might as well have been at Planet Fitness. Call me old-fashioned, but I feel that when you pay, you are entitled to at least be treated civilly. Finally, the unpleasant atmosphere was too much, and I canceled my membership. Summary --- good equipment, but poor people-skills on the part of the owners and employees.

I joined Train Hard Win Big this past winter and have noticed an immense difference in my strength which has directly translated to my success on the softball field. Barry incorporates sport-specific exercises into our workouts that focus on strengthening all aspects of the body through proper technique and a gradual increase of weight. Here is what I have been dealing with after talking to Bethany Hines who has a different email address than the business, Lisa, Heather, Sarah, Melissa and the collection outfit Kristen employs. If Action Potential does not have a payment, then that is a mistake on their end because every time I came in the office, Lisa would run it through and ask if I wanted a receipt. So the way you guys have everything set up is prepayment is required. Did you check with Lisa and confirm payment? The past due statement I received in the mail is showing other dates of service than what you were talking about, and this is also creating confusion with all parties. Given my last date of service was months ago, I am finding this irritating since this is the fourth conversation I've had around this subject, including my time and effort. About a month ago in email I received a message from Bethany saying I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I have sent your concern to our ADMIN team to review. I will be in touch shortly. I have heard nothing since and just got a another past due notice. So many accolades associated with the personal care,the individual programs tailored for each patient, and the close relation Sarah and Dana have with the prescribing medical professionals. All of that being said, my experience with APT is one of several incidents that would discourage any active senior citizen if it were not for the expert service ,compasion and encouragement to succeed and regain a positive quality of life. In essence,I suffered a broken hip followed by a period in hospital the transfer to a rehab center for four more weeks. Six weeks later I broke my femur .Back to hospital ICU Resulting in another week then .off to rehab for another six Weeks..Next came a break in the repair , more hosp time and another six weeks in rehab Suffice it to say I was ready to give into the fact that I may not get out of a wheel chair. I finally was able to return to Sarah and the gang but with a defeated attitude this time.Sarah and Dana worked me hard both physically and mentally.Bottom line.i have vertuly no pain am close to switching to a cane .i expect to be able to return to life as I previously enjoyed.
