I never shop at Walmart but of course they had what I needed that no other store had at the moment…read more I went inside only to find that the store had been completely revamped. The cosmetic section was no longer to the right but now in the front which I completely missed! The shelves were pretty bare and the item that I wanted wasn't even in stock although online it said it was which happens sometimes so I'm not mad but was bothered I wasted my time and they don't accept Apple Pay!

They are a bit slower at prepping your order than the other locations on Eucalyptus. The only thing that bothers me about this particular location is when I order some grocery items, they tend to sell spoiled foods. I've done so many returns on grocery items for this reason. So I knocked of a star for spoiled foods and a second star for the amount of times I've had to do returns. On a personal note, not specific to this location, years ago I worked at the ad agency that supported Targets DEI initiatives. Particularly for the culture. I'm still bitter they eliminated that program.

I guess no one ever cares. Store is ok. They have a lot of items locked up but luckily cough drops were not. I stopped at the Starbucks on the way out. The wait was long but it was due to employees talking amongst each other and neglecting the line. I didn't really care. I was not in a hurry but the guy behind me was definitely annoyed lol I don't blame him. We were in line watching them chat away for a few good minutes.

I've bought shoes at this location which were of great quality. Take Macy's with a grain of salt as it can be pricey and some items are overpriced. This isn't to say the store doesn't have good deals, just be cautious. Service is pretty good every time my family and I walk-in. We came in during Black Friday and it was packed, however I never felt cramped as the store is big and includes a second story. The main event of the store is hands down the perfume/cologne & make-up kiosks. The salespeople are true experts and have a way with captivating people. All our questions were answered and everyone was professional. Macy's has neat little gift sets no matter the time of year so it's easy to go crazy in here!

Towngate and Valley Gateway nextdoor have a much larger variety of stores like Costco, Targét, Walmart, Best Buy, Michaels, 99 Cent Only and PetSmart. Towngate Promenade also has some great places to eat too, like Portillo's, Pieology, BWW, Bakers and Chick-fil-a, all within walking distance of each other.
