While the store was very clean and tidy there were about 3 young women standing at the cash wrap just chit chatting. Didn't greet me or even acknowledge that I was there. An older woman came in about 15 minutes after I did and was greeted right away and told all about the special deals going on - $45 jeans as well as 60% off sale - then a woman came over to ask me if I needed help finding anything after I had already been in the store for quite some time with no help. I told her I needed to exchange some pants for a smaller size and she told me they may not have them, before she even looked and I promptly told her that online it said they did have them. She looked again and they indeed had the jeans I was looking for. Upon check out the cashier had to ask two employees for help checking me out- they were just standing and talking about nothing related to work. The prices are fairly reasonable and reflect outlet ranges for clothing, and checkout was smooth with two staff members working when we stepped up to pay. If you sign up for points (gotta provide an email), you can get an additional 15% off purchase so we ended up getting a sweatshirt for 30% off plus the extra 15% off. Not bad!
