Broken chains, poor customer service. I have spent thousands of dollars with this business and…read morethought I'd developed a good relationship with a staff there. and October 2023 I purchased a chain for myself that was recommended by the owner and liked it very much. Within one week, the chain broke, I brought it in and the staff remembered me and gave me five dollars off my repair. About three weeks later, the chain broke again in the same place and I brought it back in for repair. The staff was apologetic and repaired the chain again for an additional discount. About three weeks later, the chain broke again and I drove in again for repair. I wear two chains on my neck and my second chain, purchased from somewhere else, has never broken even one time, though it is thin and the exact same length as the chain that has had many issues. I returned to the business for the third time, driving about 30 miles, and shared what happened with the staff. I was told they would fix the chain for free, and when I asked about trading the chain and purchasing something heavier for more money, I was told I would only be given a fourth of the value of this chain, though it was recently purchased, and they are aware of all the issues I've had. I did not feel this was fair and conveyEd this to the owner and we got in a pretty intense conversation. He told me that he would not take any responsibility for what had happened and that I must be a fault for the issue with the chain, though I described to him in context what I laid out above. He was condescending, saying I don't know about jewelry and not being empathetic or showing value toward me as a customer. I expressed my disappointment, and when I said that I thought that we had cultivated a better business to customer relationship, he told me it was all about the numbers. I will not return, the exchange was embarrassing, and I understand that you get what you pay for, and should recognize where you are. As minorities, I thought we could relate in this way, and show a better regard for one another, but their treatment showed me otherwise.

Why have I not been shopping here? All name brand stuff, for a fraction of what I'd pay elsewhere. I suppose my only gripes are the lines. They also have some pretty serious theft problems so they have some very restrictive rules with trying on clothes etc. All in all, I'm going back when I want more. The heck with paying top dollar at name brand stores.

They even color coordinated the decorations too. When I came, the door had a table full of blue and white porcelain decorations, and at another table, there were many green vases and statues Lots of variety of clothes and makeup, skincare you could find here too. I'd say the value is great for those items in particular. My only gripe is how MESSY an USED the makeup were -- I didnt find any lip products and powders I liked because they were all smashed up, or someone had opened them before I arrived. The skincare packages were in better condition, and those were worth checking out
