Ate there tonight at the bar. Only 1 bartender way over welmed. Service was sub par at best. Never took order for 20 min. The couple next to me took their order paid their bill before we even got our food Secondly the popcorn one of my favorites I know it's free but was really really salty Didn't receive a setup to eat or refill on our water or anything But the final thing is I took an order to go and apparently their new system now you have to make two separate transactions with two separate cards and two separate tips total bullshit read more

Pleasantly suprised! After some less than flattering reviews on Yelp We decided to pay this place a visit and were not disappointed. To start, the decor is warm and comforting. Natural wood all around the dining and bar area. Very cozy. Our waitress was warm and sociable. The menu had abundant choices and the prices are reasonable. Good selection of adult beverages. Our food was very good also. House salad and chicken fingers (we weren't looking for a huge dinner). We will definitely go again. read more

Very disappointed with my experience today. I usually get the all star burger and have even recommended it to friends. after today, I will not! I ordered it medium and what I got was a shriveled up, very dry burger. I tried to get past that but, after 2 bites, I was done, I pushed it to the end of table.I was never asked how it was or if something was wrong with it. My friends and I are frequent flyers and love to play trivia on Thursday evenings so we are usually there for a few hours. During our numerous outings we have received impeccable service and have never had to wait for anthying (even though we can tend to be high maintenance); no matter how busy the establishment is (which is usually is). She is attentive, personable and just a great employee overall. Sabrina is one of the main reasons we come back to this location so frequently. When we got here we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. It turned out only to be about a 5 minute wait, which isn't bad at all. Even with the restaurant being short-staffed, our waitress was very cheerful and friendly. I ordered a medium cooked cheeseburger and it did not disappoint. Overall, excellent service! Awful experience went on 11/1/2021 sat at the bar the bartenders were awful they were slamming things around they put my food on the women's credit card that was sitting next to my husband and I!They lost another patrons credit card and a $10 bill he put down on the counter the manager came over but really did not take care of the situation. Have to admit that I never got to try their food. I'm staying at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn and the 99 provides their room service. Called them twice, only to be put on hold both times, and no one ever came back on the phone either time. Considering I'm going to be staying at this hotel for business for 15 weeks over the next year they've (the 99) already missed getting a potentially good customer. read more

I'm not one that likes to review chain restaurants but this place deserves some credit. They have become a staple when we are caught in a jam or need a night out when avoiding downtown during the summer. This 99 is different from the rest. We have only had 1 issue and the manager actually took care of everything for us and credited us a refund. There is always a crowd and the place seems pretty clean. I wish their take out was better. I can't stand the drive up with the car to wait 20 minutes for the whole transaction...how is this convenient? At least at Chili's, you run in through the side door and the food is right there waiting for you read more

I really don't expect much when I walk into such a corporate establishment but when you have a valid coupon that brought with you through the door and your waitress tells you it has to be printed out to use it something has gone terribly wrong. We walked right out and she didn't even try getting a manager to help keep us in the restaurant. The most aggravating thing about this experience is that I eventually printed the coupon out and then gave it to my Dad to use so he could kill some time while waiting for me one day. He went to use it and the waitress at the Falmouth location said it had expired but the establishment honored it for him anyways. Go figure. read more

Starting off, the menu was exquisite however we didn't receive our menus for 5 minutes and were placed in a precarious situation. We received our menus with a snarky remark from our waiter who questions our comprehension of the online menu option displayed to our left. We then placed an order on the so called "outrageous" potato skins, let me tell you they were outrageous. Shit. Tasted like cardboard and couldn't even swallow the semen like cheese. The Plymouth south lacrosse team was staring down my gullet as I slurped up my burger and Luke warm fries, it led to an unpleasant feeling in my gut. Speaking of guts the waiter was obesely fat and it made me unable to eat my meal. I politely asked the manager to put on the basketball game, he then repeated this Statement. And I quote " if you wanna look at my bulge just say so but I will kick your ass". This statement came out of nowhere but I was taken aback so I politely asked again, he then hit me with a one-two mayweather and I was rendered unconscious. I was not awake but my friends told me the manager had twerked on my unconscious body and ran out of the store with his shirt off. The only reason I am giving the 99 1 star and not just the emoji is the food was very good but the service was THE worst I have ever experienced. My friends and I sat at the bar and not once did either bartender Jon or Tracy ask us how our meal was or if we needed drinks. If one of us asked for something they quickly turned away without acknowledging the rest of us. My food sat for a good half hour before she asked if I wanted to wrap it up. My friend's drink sat empty for twenty minutes without being noticed. We watched as the bartenders went around the bar asking other patrons if they needed anything yet completely ignored us. A beer was spilled on the counter and as it was being cleaned up (I am already holding my salad up off the counter) the bartender asked me to move my beer as well. The 4 of us stopped in for dinner on a Saturday evening in April. The parking lot and the restaurant were full. We were given a table, we asked for a booth. We had to wait while a booth was cleared. The busser was wonderful, very polite. The waitress was not happy we were in her section. I ordered chicken parmesian and a garden salad, my partner ordered Louisiana shrimp, the kids ordered burgers with various toppings. The other tables got popcorn, we did not even when asked, she forgot the salad until i reminded her when the other good came. It came a while later. The food was good and plenty of it as we have come to expect from 99s. Real chicken breast in the chicken parm, shrimp just spicy enough. We all ate about half and saved the rest for later. We gave the waitress 2 gift cards one with $5.35, the other with $75 on it and asked her to use the $5 card first. We couldn't find Panera so we decided to try the 99. We were greeted at the door and shown to a table. So far so good. I ordered a coffee with extra milk . I got it after a few minutes with 3 tiny cups of milk. Our waitress disappeared despite the fact that the place was almost empty but I finally flagged someone to ask for more milk. My husband ordered sirloin tips and I ordered French onion soup and a wedge salad. The sirloin was gristly, the soup was warm and barely mediocre. The wedge was wilted on the outside, bacon cold, clumpy and greasy, not good. I know it was a 99, a chain restaurant but come on, at least try. My milk came halfway through the "meal" after the coffee was cold. I ate half my meal because I was famished, and my husband said he enjoyed the carrots. I would actually give this no stars. There is this older lady here; no idea of her name, but she's honestly the best server of all time. She's funny, charismatic, and honestly makes the whole dining experience absolutely wonderful. I have been going to 99 restaurants for a good long time period. Usually I don't have any issue at all, but on Memorial Day we stopped by with my wife for lunch and upon arrivals the host welcoming us and said there will a waiting period between 10 to 15 minutes and whatever the reasons is and I saw more than 5 tables empty to the left side of the restaurant. I asked the hostess what about a table over there she said something like they are reserved for more than two peoples so we decided to leave. This is not a good business practice for a repeated customer at 1:30 PM when almost the lunch crowds are almost gone and hardly any one there to be asked to wait while tables are available. Usually the excuses are, we are cleaning the table wait for a few minutes. Also I would like to ad that this 99 locations his service lately is slow and the food quantity is being reduced, and they screw most of your order and a lot of waitresses in and out. read more
