This place was freaking DELICIOUS! We went here for a work event for my husband. First things first - get a martini. The pistachio martini is one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted. Espresso martini was also great. Apps: the zucchini fries and Brussels sprouts were out of this dang world good!!! I could've eaten both on repeat! I loved my steak tips entree. Ate every last bite. We had tickets for a show at Plymouth Memorial Hall and heard so many nice things about Martini's so we made reservations several weeks in advance. We arrived at our scheduled reservation at 5:30PM and was quickly seated in the front room overlooking Court St. My wife and I started out with a Tiramisu Martini and I the Salted Caramel. Both were strong and very tasty. We decided we did not need any appetizers after that so decided to order our entrees. She the Peanut Thai Shrimp Pasta dish and I the lobster raviolis. The Peanut Thai Shrimp pasta dish was lacking flavor and did not have the usual spiciness that Thai flavors should. The Lobster Raviolis were very flavorful. I was surprised that there was two large fried shrimp on top when the dish arrived. The fried shrimp and raviolis were delicious and cooked perfectly. My wife wish that she had gotten them. Out of towner, so I'm sure they don't care what we think, but stopped in for some food on Sunday of St. Patrick's Day weekend. We stood at the host station for 5-6 minutes while the host answered the phone and went to get whoever it was for. She sat us in the front room and I thought that we'd probably not have very good service since we're out of the way. Ha...I was right! Not a server in sight, no greeting, no nothing. Was visiting Plymouth with friends to attend a concert at the Spire Center this past Saturday night and had a pre-concert dinner at Martini's Bar & Grill. We had no expectations having never been. I Hhad the Candied Pecan Salmon and my wife had the Chicken Statler. We went with another couple who ordered the Lobster Ravioli and Chicken Parmesan. The food was perfectly cooked, delicious and arrived hot (very hot) at our table. Additionally, the service was friendly and professional and the atmosphere couldn't be better - the Martinis ;) were very good as well. I shall return!!! read more

Very good food, but . . . My wife and I moved to Plymouth 8 years ago, went there a number of times and enjoyed. However, the service to get a drink is terrible. At first thought it was volume of business, but no, just poor bartenders. Stopped going there for three or four years. Went back to get a drink after parade, once again same thing on service. Turns out it was Same bartender as before. She came near us four or five times, never acknowledged us and served other people; it appeared it was people she knew. I wouldn't mind if it was busy, but it was not. Do not go there. Terrible service. Bartender was a tall woman with tattoos on left arm. Horrible service. Once again do not go. Unfriendly. read more

I ate at this restraunt last night with one other. I'll be real, there was only one pro. That pro was that the service was really nice, our waitress had a great personality. Oooof, now here's where the cons come in. First I ordered a house salad. And when I say bland, and gross I mean it. I don't ever complain about salad but the lettuce was the opposite of crisp, no toppings, and just so gross. To be honest how on earth can you screw up a house salad? Don't know but they just set the world record for worst salad. Then both me and my mother who I attended with order steaks. I got the steak tips and she got the steak Diane. When I say cheap I mean like they could go on the television show cheapskates. I'm pretty sure they bought their steaks from the expired section at Aldi's. For a 30 dollar steak, it tasted like it was 2.50. It was almost grey, the color was concerning. I lowkey did love their mash potatoes though. Well Martinis Bar and Grill, I had higher hopes for you. My daughter took me to Martini's for my birthday. The minute we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. We were seated by the windows which was perfect. the server was attentive and the drinks were great. We ordered the steak tips. they were perfectly marinated and so tender! The bartenders and the patrons couldn't have been nicer. We split a salad and a veal Parm. The veal was outstanding. The specialty drinks offer quite an assortment. My hisband got the hot and dirty while I went with a Cabernet. The pours were definitely generous. We are staying in Plymouth for many months and we will become locals I'm sure. read more

The veal parm was on point but the bolonase was not a traditional bolonase. It had watery vodka sauce and not a beefy flavor at all. I only had a few bites and didn't take any of it home. Very disappointing. read more

First of all, their menu really appealed to me and I'd like to go back a try several items like the candied pecan salmon, the lobster, corn and bacon pizza, and the eggplant fries. Four of us sat at the corner of the bar and everyone felt the same way about their meals and drinks. Of course, they make some very interesting martinis and a very good cosmo. Their parmesan chicken fingers are far better than one would expect chicken fingers to be. They are perfectly cooked with a delicious sauce. Their brussels sprouts stand out as some of the best I've ever had. After going there for 2 midday casual meals, I want to go back for a fancier dinner. Service was friendly and perfect. I've been here twice and I think that's enough for me. The first visit was okay. The second visit was disappointing. Some guy in a fedora (owner?) was not very welcoming. Maybe he's just rude, or maybe that hat is too tight for his head. LOL. The drinks were not good at all. Mine was sour, not balanced, and almost tasted watered down. The appetizer was a let down. It was not cooked thoroughly and it was also too salty. The main course was probably the worst. I took a few bites because I was starving, but it left a lot to be desired. I had to add salt here just to get some flavor. I paid my bill and ran over to East Bay Grille for some quality food and drinks. I suggest you do the same! read more

This place is more of a locals bar but it was still good. We popped in while visiting Plymouth. Had to get a classic bowl of clam chowder which was fine, probably like a 3/5 we also got the lobster ravioli which for a bar was shockingly good. The chunks of lobster were generous, the shrimp were big, and the sauce was yummy. More of a dive bar but perfect for a quick lunch. read more

Martini's is one of my favorite restaurants downtown - food is great, and so are the drinks. My friends and I come here all the time and always recommend it to friends and family who visit the area. Bobby is the most incredible server - we ask for him whenever we come in, and he's attentive and could do no wrong! However, it's so incredibly hot in here during the summer that it's almost unbearable. I can see that every patron in here is sweating and mentioning it to the staff. The staff is also sweating - it wouldn't hurt to turn on the air in here, especially when it's about 85 degrees inside and not much different outside. Help your staff and help your customers - turn the air on when it's this hot out!!! Otherwise, would recommend coming here to check out great food and great drinks! read more

We were starving on a Monday in the winter when most places were closed for the season so choices were limited. When I finally found a parking spot I popped into a small store to ask the owner where to eat a nice lunch. He said he takes his friends across the street to Martini's. A bar? "You won't regret it." The food was fabulous and fairly priced. Jacqueline was great answering questions and giving us time to decide. I thought Haddad's in Marshfield cooked the best swordfish until now. Martini's chef took a huge cut of sword, seasoned it lightly and cooked it to perfection. A plus chef. None better. Somehow the asparagus was cooked perfectly too. I'm giving them four stars because they ran out of truffle fries by 6PM and the SOLE reason I went was for the truffle fries. I will say that the eggplant fries were a good substitute but no replacement for the truffle fries I had been thinking about all day. The service was slow but since we were there with family, we did not Ming the extra time to catch up with each other. The place does have a neighborhood feel as everyone in there appears to know each other. The food in general was delicious and I really appreciated the generous liquor pours. My wife and I have been here many times including with friends and family. A fun pub atmosphere that seems to have a mix of local regulars and tourists. The service we have received has always been outstanding and the food has always been great. We have tried at least half the main dishes with my wife's favorite being the lobster raviolis. I enjoy the short ribs, the bistro meatloaf and the candied pecan salmon. The food is very good compared to other pubs we have visited. Beer and wine selection is good and the prices are very reasonable. The service started off kind of rocky as the waiter forgot the menus. But eventually, he got us our menus and a drink order. My dad thought his glass of Cabernet was a good deal for $7. I just had Diet Coke. I ordered the steak and cheese spring rolls as an appetizer. They were $10. They were tasty, but unfortunately they only came with four rolls. I thought this was kind of a rip off. The best deal of the night was my father's mac and cheese with lobster. I think they put an entire lobster tail in there. I tasted it and the cheese sauce was very good. I'm not sure how fresh the lobster was though. I ordered a Caesar salad with steak tips and it didn't disappoint. The steak tips were quite tasty. Overall it was a reasonable dining experience. I had a Groupon so that took off $30. I might go back, but there are so many options in Plymouth that I'm not sure. read more
