I joined 9Round about 2 years ago and I have to say, this is one gym/fitness program I have never gotten sick of. The routine changes everyday and is always high intense. I needed something without class times because I have a very busy schedule that includes a toddler. The workout allows you to get in right away, get an intense 30 minute workout in and leave sweaty and stronger. I've lost almost 20 pounds and many inches. My health has significantly improved and most importantly, I have more energy. This specific facility (Avon) has great trainers that focus on you and your workout. I finally found a workout that I don't dread going into everyday. The owners, Lou and Nancy, and the trainers are so nice and make you feel right at home. I can honestly say joining this gym was one of the best decisions I've made. I'm not the type of person that will go to a gym with machines, free weights, treadmills and ellipticals and actually get the quality workout I need. The best decision I made for a great workout. I was looking to tone and maintain. Joined the gym the first week Lou and Nancy opened. From the first day til present always a pleasure to walk into the gym and Lou and Nancy make it feel like my first day. The support staff at 9 round are amazing and very helpful from start to finish. Before 9Round, I was a "serial gym joiner." I always had fitness goals in mind, but trouble achieving them independently.
