Leo firstly greets his customers with a genuine smile, made me feel welcome and in good hands in this professional environment. I was provided with additional information, clarifying possible services my vehicle required and the "whys" behind them. Managment (woopsy I didn't catch the name) was also very kind, informative and makes it a point to connect, and check in, displaying excellent customer care. In no time I was back on the road, my vehicle running smoother, feeling good about what I paid, as opposed to what it would've cost me at a dealership. I will continue to utilize Oil Changers for vehicle maintenance in the foreseeable future, and would highly recommend!

With Oil Changers, my rule is, "If there's a line, don't go." I was overdue and Oil Changers had lines every single time I drove by or called, so I decided to go ahead and get it done at Jiffy because I was going on a trip. Another plus with Jiffy is that you can choose to wait in the car or inside, and inside was much more comfortable for a very hot day. I also didn't realize they vacuum for you! This might have been something for them to mention if it's a new customer. I totally would have cleaned out my car first, which was a MESS, had I known. So I didn't even get that added value that would have at least cooled the burn of the high price. So the TLDR is if you don't mind the higher price and you like the extra vacuum service, I think you'll be pleased with Jiffy Lube.

My husbands truck wouldn't smog and they charged him hundreds for things most places don't charge for like different system flushing and fluid checks to trouble shoot. They returned his truck back and still couldn't get it to smog and had no idea what was wrong with it. I think he spent over a grand having it there for a week just to get it back no better then we left it. We took it to another place in town who informed us we had gotten ripped off and it didn't really look like they did anything, how embarrassing. Now we have to wait and try again when we have the extra money... until then he has a truck he can't drive, that won't smog, and is racking up fees while we wait to renew the registration.

**** CHANGING MY REVIEW***** After taking my car in for a tune up, it was discovered that a spark…read moreplug was faulty and after having horrible sounds coming from the engine, the mechanic replaced it, apologizing. About a week later, again, sounds started coming from the engine and it was becoming more and more difficult to drive hour by hour! I called them up again took the car in every place another spark plug and he told me he would "replace each spark plug as they started to show signs of being damaged." I couldn't believe it! But he explained that the cost was coming from his pocket. For some reason, I walked away thinking I would just have to "deal" with this. Then my engine started running very poorly and would sputter and start to die in neutral and in park. I went back to complain and not only would they not cover any additional spark plugs issues but he also told me that the issue had to do with the age of my car despite the fact that it was in perfect condition other than some mileage on it when I first took it in. The damage to the car has been done. :( :( Very upset about it. There has been a definite, extreme, change to my car. I took my 2004 Trailblazer in for a 100K tune-up. The guy at the front was very nice, very helpful. It's a smallish place, off Skyway, nothing fancy. Everyone is nice, but not fake. I will write a review for Doctor of Motors too, but I have to say they were a little fake....my instinct was telling me not to trust them (not a negative review) Yes, this review is about my instinct and my instinct tells me these guys are a good and honest place to take your car. Since I can't open up the hood and double check to make sure they did everything right, I have to take their word for it!
