I frequent this Aeropostale because it will usually have things in stock that other locations won't just because they're less busy, but LORD the manager on duty here is so insanely rude and lazy. She's annoyed if you even ask her a question about stock or to use the dressing room. She answers your questions in a condescending tone. We accidentally left our phone in the store and came back to get it just to find the store closed for a lunch break. Okay, no worries, we can wait! We see said manager come back and lounge around nearby stores and horsing around with other employees. We approach her to ask her to pick up the phone in her store which, again, she is RIGHT NEXT TO. She says "No wait till we open again." Girl, bye. The store is randomly closed early some days?? It has no other employees on a Saturday. Probably because the manager is so insufferable (I wouldn't want to spend shifts with her either). Two stars, just because the place is clean and has a good selection. read more

I go to this store mostly for the jeans they are really good quality and last me years, particularly the high rise jeans. The cheaper tank tops and zip up sweaters kind of stretch out and get loose within a year but other than that I love the styles here. read more

Took my daughter school shopping yesterday and not 1 person greeted us, there was no music and no one offered us help. I asked a simple question about 1 sale if it was mix & match and the girl at the register (I later found out was the manager on duty) proceeded to answer in a condescending tone and told me all the sales only to make me feel dumb , not to be helpful. I was already annoyed by her. My daughter made some selections and we were in line, the cashier (male) was very nice to the woman he was helping but there was some issue with the credit card machine. After trying to help the customer he then asked the skinny girl what was going on and her response to him was just as rude as she was to me. She began asking him basic questions and humiliating him as if he didn't know what he was doing. Turns out she couldn't solve the problem either and took the customer to the other register. My daughter looked at me and told me she did not want to buy anything anymore there because the girl was so rude. Shopped here today, and bought a shirt. The gal at the cash register (sales person ID: 881963) told me to enter my email address into the keypad. I asked her if this was required in order to make the purchase. She said 'Yes.' I thought this was quite unusual because I never had to do this before in order make a purchase at a retail store. I entered my email address into the keypad anyways, not really wanting to deal with arguing. However, I was really curious so I reached out to customer service later at home, and confirmed with them that an email is not required to make a purchase at retail store. Seemed to me that the gal just wanted to get people to subscribe to their mail. Sneaky sneaky. read more

What's enticing about this store is that the t-shirts were buy 1 get 2 free today. It's a great sale! I got the t-shirts in maroon, white, and navy blue. Used their dressing room too. They were fortunately no other people waiting for the dressing room. Great sale! Will be back again, For the basics. read more

people are super friendly. the manager was pretty helpful and they give a 10% discount for military and their families. Pretty cool in my book. They messed up on my receipt discount but they were pretty apologetic, it was a new kid on register, so I didn't mind the wait. I usually come in for tank tops and summer items. They have pretty good sales. read more

Why is this place listed as children's clothing? I do not think they sell any kids clothes here, do they? This place has trendy clothes just like Hollister. I was here looking for something specific but did not find it in my size. Still they have some nice stuff and decent sales, just not really my overall style. All in all I recommend this place for the more trendy among us. read more
