The store was neat, clean and organized. I think there was only the one gentleman working the store, and he was helping a young man with his order and purchase, so I had to wait a little while. But the clerk nicely told me he'd be with me soon. The fact that he acknowledged my presence and that I'd be next, spoke well of his customer service skills. After he processed my gift card purchase, he made sure to tell me that sometimes the gift card will slip out of the card holder, so make sure it is secure. Well I was the victim of this terrible, tragic accident. Store is fairly small. Limited items. Same layout as other hollsiters. Some staff are friendly but despite that, some don't know how to do their jobs. Sadden to say, I only came here because I was in a sudden rush as my flight was leaving soon.
