Going based on my overall experience, but apparently there are multiple body shops from this company, this is not it's best one, although they completed the job after almost 3 months for small damage, they tend to lie about when the vehicle is ready for pick, due to many reason apparently, but if you're insurance goes through everything with them, the job still takes long at this location. All I can say is you need to be extremely patient with this location. But on a good note, I did have extra damage that wasn't going to get covered, the worker there gave me his word on fixing that small damage at no cost, which I am grateful for and that's a really good impression for future relationship's with customers. This was my first time taking my car into a body shop and didn't know what to expect. Brought my car in to blend out a scratch /paint on the door and luckily they gave me two options to go about it. Appreciated the updates they gave me when I would call on the progress of the car as well. At the end when it was ready for pickup, the car looked brand new on the side of the door where the scratch was and cleared out other scratches throughout my car + deep clean on my car which I wasn't expecting. I cannot recommend this auto body shop enough! They did an amazing job on my Cadillac! I had some dents/paint chip from a run in with a gate and they fixed it beautifully! You can't tell there was ever a problem. I originally found them through a Google search, and based on all the great reviews, I went there for an estimate. They were quick and thorough and I got a written estimate. They were by far the most reasonable as well as the most professional people I dealt with while getting estimates. When it was time to take my car for repair, they had quoted four days and it was done within three and a half even during the holidays! I lost focus one night and drove my car straight into the wall of my garage. I was so lucky to work across the street from A1 and took it in the next day. They worked with my insurance to get me a quote SO fast and started the work right away. I am truly blown away with the work, my car looks as good as the day i got it in 2010. I got into a car accident and Josh offered to tow my vehicle free of charge at 10pm. He did a very good job of communicating with my Geico claims adjuster until my adjuster went and inspected the vehicle. It ended up being totaled and Geico came and picked the vehicle up. Josh did a great job, was very professional and always picked up the phone/returned my calls right away. I came to Joshua the owner in need of a repair of my Dodge Charger, and he helped me and gave me the best advice that other repair shops did not provide. He worked diligently with my insurance and got me my car back as fast as he could, and it came back cleaned and looked even better than the way I had it before the incident.
