Took my car in and not only did they send an estimate that'll make an old person go into cardiac arrest, causing my insurance to label it as a lost cause $7k for suspension parts and a bumper cover (we provided the bumper cover and lights). They also took the bolts from my bumper along with a good turn signal + plastic covers AND they broke the door handle while it was sitting there for about a month torn down. Ford dealer recomended us to this shop. So i went there and had my car repaired when i went to pick it up it was badly painted, left it for another repair because the paint cracked. So this is my 3rd time coming back because the paint/bondo cracked again!! Took my 2016 Scion IA for undercarriage and some body damage along with my car not starting. Let me just start out by saying, these people do not care about fixing your car properly all they want is that insurance money. Evelyn gave me horrible customer service, told me "oh it'll b ready by next week" .. then next week comes, "oh next week"... she's changed the time frame of when my car was going to be ready about 4 times. When I finally picked up my car after 2 months of it being in their possession, my hood wouldn't open (the lever was broken and when I brought it in initially, the lever was just fine). I got my car back with the check engine light on, my car wouldn't accelerate past 60mph. After my insurance paid them out $4000+ and I paid my deductible I expected to have a fixed car. My undercarriage wasn't even touched, I had the same tube hanging. Completely unacceptable. I couldn't believe it. Now my car isn't starting and I took it into a different shop that actually knows what they're doing. Evelyn is horrible, doesn't care about giving quality customer service. I first heard of this place from a close friend of mine after my car got hit. I decided to visit the shop and that's where I met Evelyn. I explained my situation to her and how it wasn't going through insurance. My car wasn't drivable but they provided the tow truck at no cost to me. They towed it in that same day and got me a quote for much much less than a previous shop I had checked out. About $4000 less. What gave me piece of mind was all the certifications for the different brands they work with. I'm very hard to please as far as when things have to get done and the fact that Evelyn put up with that was great. They kept me posted with everything that was going on with the car and didn't mind me swinging by to check it out every now and then. Everyone there is so friendly and even the mechanics would talk to me and crack jokes. It was overall a great environment. Since my car was getting fixed, I decided to throw on a spoiler to add a little bit of flair and the best part of it was that they installed it and painted it for no extra cost. That was just the icing on the cake. I don't recall how long it took but I can say it was fairly quick. At the end of the day, they did a great job and you can't tell the accident ever happened. I came across these guys because they were well recommended. Went in and got a quote on the car and it was to good of deal to pass through which in some cases you think they would do a bad job. WELL that's not the case. Finished it within a week. Paint and install. Other body shops quoted me with ridiculous offers. Evelyn and Lizeth were AMAZING and super patient with all my questions because I asked a TON of them. They have super cool staff but they're super busy at they same time. Extremely disappointed with the quality of work this shop provided me with. I took my vehicle in for damage on my rear left. Mark assisted me with the repairs and when I dropped off my vehicle I asked to make sure they also check the tire because it was making a tumbling noise. When i picked up my vehicle I noticed that my left rear tire was still making a loud tumbling noise. I called the office and they asked me to bring the car back. I did, Mark took it for a test drive and said he heard the noise therefore I had to leave my car to get it inspected again. Within a few hours they called me telling me the noise was coming from the "front right" and it had nothing to do with the accident. (My car was perfectly fine before the accident). They called my insurance and told them that the noise was caused from wear and tear and my insurance dismissed my claim! Because of this shops incautare inspection I had to take my car to two other shops to inspect it in order to prove that the damage was actually coming from the left rear. Both shops found that the damage and noise were coming from the left rear obviously! It was extremely unprofessional for this shop to dismiss my concerns about the noise of my car and to give me inaccurate information. Because of their lack of professionalism I was driving an unsafe car and had to deal with reopening my insurance claim, not to mention having to visit multiple shops. If you are thinking of having your repairs here I encourage you to do some research and find a more reliable place. I would not recommend anyone coming here because their mechanics clearly don't have any idea what they're doing or simply don't care about the safety of their customers. read more

**Update: I've had bad luck with my car over the past year, and my car recently got hit by someone while I slept at home, surely dreaming about something nice. Well, to my surprise, I went outside the next day and the damage had been done. I had a chip and a door ding on my 2014 Camaro SS. The good people at Bell Gardens Auto Body made my car look showroom new. The ding was right on the crease of the door, which made me think it would be near impossible to fix, but it is completely unnoticeable. The reason I'm giving this a low score is because I found it kind of sketchy how my car of 1yr needed a new battery and it took over a month to fix my car after the front was damaged. Overall the car looks good from where it was damaged and I was given a lifetime warranty on the paint where it was damaged.
