If you want to have your vehicle total messed up, go here. Rick is a shady, thief. Not only did he charge my insurance company way too much money, he did NOT even replace the part that was messed up. He re-welded and tried to hide it with the seal around the hatch (entire back) of my Lexus. I had to take it back three times, after a month of them having what they said to be a weeks worth of work and he DID NOT REPLACE THE DAMAGED UNIT! He is an insurance fraud and I highly suggest NO ONE does any business with him. He thinks he pulled one on me and said I could bring it back yet again but could offer NO explanation. I feel like I was taken complete advantage of. The seal does not keep water from the interior. On top of that, the hood of my car no longer props open with the hydraulic pump, my camera rear view park assist no longer works, the entire back is unaligned after taking it back twice after the original month they had it and HE WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE WHEN I CALL. I fully intend to contact every agency. This has been an absolute nightmare. He wants to make money off the insurance companies by working with an adjuster and claiming other parts need to be fixed when they don't. I just wanted the original repair, ended up with a new bumper that wasn't painted (two of the four sensors on the bumper were white on a black bumper) and my insurance company actually paid him. I spent $700 on a rental car and two Ubers there to make this right and it TURNED OUT TO BE A TOTAL SCAM! Looks like he ordered the parts from a junk yard for the next fool. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HISPANIC CROOK! read more
