Since then, I've now been back a total of three times, including twice last year after two separate accidents involving my Tesla Model Y. The first accident last year I was rear-end on the freeway by a speeding driver and the second involved a rear end by a drunk driver while I was a passenger. Both accidents were not my fault, which made the situation even more stressful, but Mark handled everything smoothly. During the second repair, there was some back-and-forth with my insurance (State Farm), and the adjuster was giving pushback. Mark handled everything professionally and made sure my vehicle was repaired properly with the correct Tesla parts. That level of attention and advocacy really stood out. At one point, I was even out of the country, and Mark kept me updated the entire time through text (which I prefer), along with phone calls when needed. I got into a little accident with a pole at night with my Tesla Model Y where the impact made the side of the bumper pop out. I went on yelp, saw their great reviews, sent a request, and quickly got a response from Jimmy. He was so kind and said he would look at it for free and if it's an easy fix, he would just do it. No strings attached. He was available for me to come at my convenience. When I got to his shop, he already knew it was me, and immediately took my car in. It turned my fog lights were also broken from the bracket, so they took off the bumper and we got to see what else was damaged. The fixes took just an hour! Jimmy and Mark were superb at getting my front right bumper scrape looking back to brand new! I was turning into my carport at night and missed about an inch and scraped my car against the wall. It was a very sad feeling seeing my headlight fractured with a huge scrape on the front bumper side and eventually, my fender rim also tore right off which made it look even worse. Right from the start, I sent out an inquiry through Yelp as it automated my request to several auto shops. Aramex was the first to respond to me, almost immediately after. I looked at their profile of past work done and I was impressed. I called Jimmy and he said I could come in same day to have them look at my car. Jimmy and Mark were so courteous and made me feel comfortable in their shop. Jimmy also offered me water and cookies, so sweet. Mark was able to determine my quote which wasn't as affordable, but I placed my trust that these guys would take care of this for me. I asked to have my car repaired by Thursday, which was a 4 day job. Mark agreed and was able to have me drop the car off early Monday morning. Over the weekend when my fender trim flew off in the middle of the freeway, I asked Mark if he could help with that. He ordered the part from the dealership on Monday right away. He sent me an update by Wednesday and Thursday, I walked back in to my car looking brand new. I was stunned and so relieved. It was worth it all and I'm so happy I found them!
