You always get greeted as soon as you enter and the staff is usually friendly but always helpful with looking up a part or finding it in store or checking other locations. In my experience they've always been helpful when stopping by for assist with testing my battery and transmission and other small car checks or non invasive part changes. The tool i purchased on this specific trip ended up not being what we needed and since we have an account (w/phone#) I came back the next day and returned it without a receipt and no issue as they were able to find the purchase history with the number.

I wasn't sure which exact one I needed because they almost all look the same, but I had the cashier look it up on their computer to confirm the right part number. The cashier was great and went back twice to the shelving to retrieve the correct part number bulb.
