A-1 Cowan came over and cleaned it and offered to pick it up and take the warehouse and clean it again if the rug still gad a smell to it. His voicemail was full, but I shot him an email to see if he was available early in the week. He got back with me first thing Monday morning and I was able to make an appointment for Tuesday (could have probably made it for Monday if I wanted, but Tuesday worked better for us logistically). He quoted me over text message (my preferred way!) with a flat fee. Not only was he very professional, but he was also super fast and thorough. From the start you deal with the owner of the business and everything is included. There are no surprises like protection coating or odor eraser charges it's just the fee that's given. From the meet to goodbye he was kind and courteous and cleaned up any extra water or mess and even brushed the furniture! I live in an apartment so I had no water hook up so he brought his own water! Great company! Highly reccomend!! Very Cheap price also. Demarco squeezed us in with just a days notice! Both him and Corey were very friendly, professional and helpful! We didn't have high hopes for our carpet as it was highly stained ( through potty training a new puppy and negligence) but after Corey had finished it really did look like new carpet, so fresh and so clean.
