However, our clothes came back with black stains all over them. No staining item was ever found in the laundry, I checked pockets beforehand and I was not notified by anyone that an incident occurred. They just folded my extremely visibly stained laundry and gave it back to me with no care or communication. After I reached out, they offered to rewash the clothing which I obviously said yes too. It didn't work, the damage was permanent. They asked for pictures, receipts and links to all the clothing damaged and I was extremely optimistic they were going to reimburse me... it is their policy after all. I was delighted they were a genuine, authentic and caring company. But after WEEKS of having me jump through hoops they said no refund would be issued, and that their form of compensation was the "free rewash" they offered to me ... the free rewash that didn't work. They refused to abide by their policy and reimburse me for the clothes that were damaged in their care. I had to go out and buy our family all new clothes. I have never felt so dismissed, and uncared for by a company I had used to help me. I ended up just giving up on getting a refund because they kept emailing back saying the stains were somehow my fault. Super disheartening. Save your money and go somewhere local that cares.
