I don't go to a lot of dry cleaners since I work remotely. I thought I would give this one a try. I brought 2 black flat dress pants in for a wedding, and when I picked them up, they had creases in the middle for both my son's and mine. Not good, and the owner did try to correct but it was too late since the wedding was the next day. So the 2nd time within a week, I thought that I would try again. I brought a pair of flat dress pants in, and this time the owner stapled the No Crease on the belt loop. When I went to pick up, the crease was there again. The owner did make arrangements to correct and apologize, but upon close inspection, the pants are now ruined and will have the middle crease even though they are not made for that. The dry cleaner should not do what they think looks good, it truly is about what the customer wants, since we are paying for the service. All in all, the employees try to make it right, but I will not go back and this is my 1st time doing a review that was not good. read more

I have used this dry cleaner for years and would recommend this business to everyone. Always friendly and helpful, quick turnaround on items. Have been going here for sometime now. However, I entered today and had the worst experience. If I didn't know anybody I would believe they were rascist. The owner acted as if he did not want to touch my son's hand because he is a black young man. This place is absolutely the best dry cleaners ive ever been too!! He is super quick with my clothes and blankets and is very affordable!! Very friendly and quick service. I trust them with all our dry cleaning needs. The only criticism is the heavy starch in laundered shirts could be bit more crisp. However it might be because of all the fabric blends shirts are made of these days. read more

I took some uniform items here. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The service is very quick as well. It was a next day service but he was very meticulous with my items. He showed me how to take off some buttons that were on the dress coat so they wouldn't be damaged. I'm not an avid dry cleaner so he taught me a bit as well. The only reason I would say 4 stars is because one of my shirts were still stained. For all I know it is a stain that can't be removed. I would have just liked a heads up that it was still stained. I didn't notice it until I got home. But the other items were great so I would still highly recommend this place. read more

Horrible, shameful, and the place should be shut down! Too bad I can't give it a whopping 0 as a rating. I went a couple of days ago to drop off my daughter's first communion dress since it was the closest and most convenient. Right then, Mr. Joseph Yonan, was overwhelmingly rude. He was in a hurry and just wanting no questions. Saying the dress was yellow even though my eyes said otherwise. I just wanted the dress to be dry cleaned that's it. I had handed him the dress on a hangar and with a plastic bag over it since it was a dress that meant alot. So fast forward to pick up day. When I saw the dress, it had deeper creases than it had originally. Obviously, after paying $13 for a service which was sloppily done, I questioned about the creases. He starts getting upset and wanting for me to return the day after for pick up so that he could reiron the dress. No apology but blaming the material that it was tough to deal with. Like really, polyester? Tough? This led me to think he does not work well on certain materials not even polyester. So, with that comment and thinking he was not capable of doing a good job again and being inconvenienced in having to return after 4pm the next day, I made the decision and asked him to return my money. This is when it got ugly. He could care less that there were other customers around as well as my child who witnessed his frantic behavior. He took the plastic off. Removed the hangar. Took the dress and crumpled it up in his dirty old hands and smashed it more in front of me when he put it on the counter. I was in shock! He said, "Take your money back and go to a different place to get it for free." He continued to call me old lady (for those of you that are in your early 50's and so proud of it ) because he had nothing better to say and that just tells you how he treats women. Shame on him and his mother if she didn't teach him otherwise. The audacity of him feeling insulted for me asking for my money in return when he did a terrible job and never apologized for the inconvenience he was placing on me. Customer service? Completely lacking. His nasty behavior deserved for me to call the sheriff on him for an attempt against my property. But no need as his appalling actions in front of other customers along with this review other customers along with this review should put him to shame enough. Sad that his beliefs of treating woman the way he did showed how low of a man he is. Totally shameful Mr. Yonan. read more

I wanted to let the community know that if you need anything dry cleaned, please go to Andrews! You will not find anyone else that is more friendly and dry cleans your clothes and comforters better!! I take all my blankets, decor pillows and comforters in here and when I get them back, they smell so fresh and clean!! They come back like they are brand new! Michael, the owner has become a friend to our family and makes our community a nicer place! We moved from Pennsylvania 4 years ago and he was one of the first local businesses we used! They ruined my beautiful curtains and shrank them by three inches at least. Worse dry cleaner experience ever. Just because the guy behind the counter is friendly doesn't mean they do a good job. Terrible service. Brought uniforms in for tailoring. Didn't say that he had to bring any tailor/alterations to another place. Dropped uniform on Monday, was told will get it back after Tuesday and before Friday. Just needed it tailored. No cleaning whatsoever. I called today to get an update. Was told that now it wouldn't be ready until Friday after 4. I tried getting uniform back to bring to another place and it's not even in his possession. And he tried calling the place where he brought it for alterations and no one was answering. So I can't even take it anywhere else. The whole time he was explaining it, he was being a total jerk about the whole thing. And just downright rude. Saying "this is why I'm not going to do alterations anymore". Like why did he even start if he didn't have a seamstress on hand. I need it by Thursday and it shouldn't take this long just to get one thing sewn on. 0/10 stars. This place sucks. read more

First off, the prices are reasonable. Secondly, having used this dry cleaners a few times, I can say that if they say it'll be ready by a certain day and time, they're dead on. Most importantly the gentleman that is almost always there behind the counter remembers his regulars and gives personal service(a rarity these days).
