They were very responsive when we inquired (via text) and I liked that they charged per hour based on the number of movers you requested. We scheduled the moving date, signed a contract, and were ready to go! On moving day, the movers arrived promptly and they were so quick in moving everything! within two hours everything had been moved out of our townhome! It took them another hour and a half to move everything to the new place. Very impressed! They also wrapped certain pieces of furniture for us and disassembled as well as assembled others. Cost was reasonable as well. I would say they are more cost efficient compared to other movers we had inquired. Overall we had a good experience with iron/back movers and would use them again for our next move!

Since I made my original review, we had them move us again, and they moved my parents, my best friend, and have done some small moving for my IL in their home. No one has had any issue, they show up when they say they're going to, communicate well, can handle small to big jobs, and they work hard and do a great job. They provided TV boxes, mattress covers, and wrapped all furniture to ensure nothing was scratched or stained. They even helped combine smaller boxes into larger ones and made sure nothing was left behind. The team disassembled all our furniture for transport and reassembled everything upon arrival, placing each item and box in the exact rooms we requested -- even positioning furniture and wall art just the way we wanted. They were meticulous and organized in both loading and unloading. They also transported one of our cars in an enclosed trailer for a very reasonable price. Best of all, Ricky and his team were cheerful, polite, and helpful from start to finish. After a long day of loading, driving, and unloading until nearly 2 a.m., they still had the same positive attitude they had when they arrived that morning. They were very thorough with packing the furnitures while being efficient and mindful of the time. There were absolutely zero damage to the furnitures at the end of the move and they were very friendly throughout the process. There were 3 minor drywall damages (not a big deal at all as it happens during any move all the time) due to the fact that my furnitures are extremely heavy solid wood and the new place having 3 floors with over 40 steps in stairs, Osman immediately notified Robert and Robert was extremely quick to recognize the issue and sent out people to fix the drywall asap. However... it was up three floors. Elvin and Milton showed up, worked quickly and efficiently. Like Samson from the Bible, or something from the Lord of the Rings, these two chaps were carrying things I did not know was physically possible.
