Look no further. As a bride who is also a lawyer, I spent so much time researching different limo companies to compare prices and reviews. When I first contacted A-1, the woman who answered the phone suggested not only coming out to view their buses, but also to view in person any other company in person, as well. I checked out another company first, and was shocked at how radically different their buses looked in person. My now husband and I went to view A-1 in person and the buses were above and beyond what we expected! So professional and all lined up, ready to be viewed! As the day approached, the company sent us a worksheet to list all of our plans. When the big day came, we had Nate as our driver on 7/29/17- he called us both the night before the wedding, asking if we needed anything or if we forgot anything. And then on the day, when we were riding around with our wedding party to take pictures, Nate came out periodically to offer us water, and he always helped us get in and out of the bus with all of our dresses. He was amazing, and he took us around exactly where we wanted and extremely promptly. He kept track of the times I had listed that I wanted us to go everywhere. Limo companies can be both expensive and deceiving, I found in my research. A-1 is exactly as they represent themselves to be, kind, and well worth the cost. I highly recommend them! read more

I booked with A-1 for my wedding bus based on other recommendations and am very satisfied with our experience. From the beginning, I worked with Cathy and she was very responsive to emails and very accommodating working with pricing and getting everything sent over to me. She answered all questions and made great recommendations based on what we were looking for for our wedding. We had 16 people in our wedding party and fit an additional 2 to fit 18 very comfortably. We used the Gatsby 2 and it was very spacious, luxurious, and clean. You could pay to even include ice, pop, and cups if you did not want to bring your own. They even had a nice "Just Married sign" that you could choose to use along with black and white poms if you did not have your own sign. (we used the sign and loved the nice touch of the offering.) We had Chuck as our Limo driver and he was awesome. He was very go with the flow and knew his way around downtown Cleveland. He was a fun man and was very entertaining. We made our own playlist and Chuck helped us get all situated and ready to go before departing on our adventure. He stuck to the timeline and got us to our destination when we needed to be there. We booked A-1 Mr. Limo for our daughter and her friends for Prom on 5/12/17 (Recommendation from our son and his fiancée who had already booked their Sept. 2017 wedding limo through A-1 Mr. Limo). We booked the Gatsby 2 which was gorgeous for 16 kids!! Our daughter and her friends had a wonderful experience and loved the blue-tooth sound system!!! The chauffeur was Valerie who was wonderful! She even helped put on a few boutonnieres!! (So wonderful that my daughter-n-law called back and requested Valerie for their chauffeur because she was there and met her too) The kids had a really great time on the Limo-Party Bus. The Limo Bus took them for pictures at the park, to the Prom, back to our house to change for the After-Prom, to the After-Prom and than back to our house! Definitely one of the highlights of their Prom experience!! They are still talking about it!!!! We went through A-1 Mr. Limo for our wedding and got a bus for our bridal party. James was our driver and he was absolutely amazing! He took us anywhere we wanted and was so nice and friendly. I had to wait on the bus by myself before walking down the aisle for my wedding and James came in the back to talk to me and help calm my nerves before walking down the aisle. He is the nicest guy and we could not have asked for a better driver! The Limo was clean and spacious, very accommodating for our group. James went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. There was also a special container with vases and water to keep our bouquets fresh from the ceremony to all of our picture locations! I would highly recommend going through A-1 Limo and asking for James! If we ever need a limo again in the future, I will definitely be going through them again! Because there was an error in our reservation system not showing a wedding that was reserved a couple days before you booked we were unable to provide you with the vehicle you requested. We are sorry we did not catch the problem until we were scheduling our charters a week before. We have since put an additional audit in place to eliminate this issue. Unfortunately Michael was not able to provide you with the vehicle you reserved, however we thought by providing you with 2 vehicles that would normally (cost $400.00) more and charging you ($700.00 less) than your original charter we thought you would be happy with this accommodation, we feel bad you were not pleased with our solution. I recently used A-Mr Limo for a birthday party for @ 37 guests transported between the Hilton Hotel in Cleveland, the Rock and Roll Museum and return to the Hotel. The Staff were professional, the fee and terms of the contract were clear and detailed. My guests were impressed with the high end appearance and cleanliness of the Coach. The driver was prompt and flexible within the five hour block of time the contract called for in terms of pick up, drop off, and return. Al (the driver), contacted me via cell phone a day in advance to confirm the schedule and we stayed in contact periodically during the event to make sure no one got stranded. Al was personable and a great representative of the brand A-Mr Limo conveys in their literature. I would absolutely use A-1 Mr Limo again. read more

Our September 8th wedding had a few logistical challenges with timelines and driveway restrictions and after calling over 15 local transportation companies, A-1 Mr Limo was the only company that I felt confident in booking. I rented a luxury coach for our 35th wedding anniversary. I had scheduled several pickups at various times since our children are scattered about the area. The staff at A1 was more than accomadating. Not once was "we can't do that" raised. The Chaueffer, Andre was polite, well dressed, and a true professional. Most importantly he was on time....actually early and knew the itinerary. My wife, children, and grandchildren had the time of their lives. Even when I added a stop on the way home for ice cream at Mitchell's the answer was no problem. We had the Eclipse, which was perfect for our bridal party, and then the Executive 44, which was perfect for transporting our guests to and from the hotel and the reception. We rented your party bus for my sister's 80th birthday last weekend. It could not have been better from beginning to end. Cathy booked the limo and answered all of my questions. I talked to her several times. The day of the party Christine text me to let me know she was our driver and wanted to know if we needed anything else. Staff during the booking process were extremely helpful and friendly. Ask for Carmen, he was so great, and showed every limo bus to me (during a snowstorm in fact!). I booked 'Gatsby' limo bus for my May 17, 2014 wedding. The limo was clean and in beautiful shape. James, our driver was so helpful and accommodating in every way. I would highly recommended them. Although they were not the cheapest out there, they were worth every penny. I read reviews and did my research and boy did it pay off! Our experience with A-1was wonderful! They arrived earlier than planned but our driver patiently waited for us to be ready. Our wedding day was really rainy and cold and our driver Derek was so kind to walk each of us individually to the bus under the umbrella and carrying all of our stuff. Fabulous, attentive service for both the Rolls Royce and Party bus rentals. Due to rain, we needed to change routes and destinations and drivers were extremely accommodating of our auditable. Both drivers were on time ( early) and highly responsive. We ordered water and soda and all were provided on the bus for our guests to share - a nice option offered by the company.
