Once I replaced the tankless water heater, I had to deal with the residual damage from the water. The insurance folks sent out a demo team to take all the damaged wall/ ceiling and mold out. The insurance gave my Contact info to a Renovation company they use and said that they would call me. After a couple of days, I did not hear anything so I researched and found these guys on Yelp. They came out the same day provided a quote and I feel that their prices were reasonable. The insurance had already paid me out for what they guesstimated the cost of repairing everything ( i didn't tell them how much I was paid out) and it was comparable to what they quoted me. Although they said if their quote was more, they had no problem going back to the insurance folks to deal with them in regards to more money to do the project. Thankfully, we didn't need to do that. However, I thought that was important to mention because I didn't realize that a lot of people do not want to deal with insurance companies. I was turned away a couple of times when I was trying to find somebody to Replace the water heater and I needed them To provide information to the insurance company. These guys came in and we're so quick and efficient. I had a partial ceiling missing in my living room and in my garage. The wall that separated my living room and garage were missing. They Did the sheet rock,installation, crown molding, painted, Mounted all my cabinets and hooked back up my washer and dryer and sink in a few days! I'm definitely recommending them to friends and family.

It was so stressful, inconvenient and expensive, as we were moving from 800 miles away, and having to arrange it all over the phone. We had new floors being put in and had to pay extra money for the flooring contractor to come on two separate days to rip out the floors, wait for odor treatment, and then put new floors in. We delayed moving into our new house by several days which cost us additional nights in an Airbnb. We had all of our possessions waiting for us in UBox storage, and had we been able to move in on Monday, rather than waiting until Friday for service that was never performed, we would not have incurred an additional month's rent for storage.
