Professional

These guys are the best, my grand mother who lives in Sacramento has bad allergies and the house was always dusty, upon inspecting her attic I saw her insulation is from 1983, it was dirty, old, unhygienic and full of rat poop. The guys arrived on time. Masked up all The floors. Made sure everything was clean and went into the attic to start cleaning and sanitizing. I am so happy with these guys, so professional, friendly and they did not leave a mess! Would always recommend these guys to everyone

James at Reactic was excellent to work with and would recommend Reactic to anyone as a first place to go for a restoration project.

Mike was able to provide an estimate that was fair and he and José came back the same week to take care of it.

After getting a few quotes, I got in contact with David from ProService Restore. ProService Restore proves to be the best in the water damage restoration industry. Right from day one, the owner David was professional and very reassuring which was such a relief for someone already stressed. His work was clearly attentive as he and his guys actually took the time to evaluate the damage properly and give a detailed explanation of all the steps they would take to the restoration. As this was our first time dealing with water damage, David offered advice and guidance on how to correspond with the insurance company and also how to document the process for our own files. Besides the work done in a timely and very careful manner, David also offered helpful advice on how to prevent potential problems and also restore the areas. If you find yourself in a position of water damage restoration, ProService Restore will provide you with excellent service!

He was great at communicating back and forth with our insurance company regarding all the damage, making sure we were covered for everything! He was also great at communicating with us about the mitigation process and the repairs afterwards. He took the time to address all of our concerns and even came by after the repairs were finished to replace our new shower head that was damaged. Him and his team were very detailed oriented with the exception of a few issues we noticed afterwards such as, our bathroom sink not being fully pushed back on one side, a few walls he combined 2 baseboards instead of using one longer piece, our smoke detector was missing, and the sealing of prior holes in the wall from our toilet paper holder was very poorly done. He did use the backyard to store a lot of the supplies but didn't tell us he had the dry wall material back there as well so thankfully we checked and didn't turn on the sprinklers those days. As well as leaving the gate open one of the days which isn't too big of a deal, however we do have pets. Overall we are pleased with the work and all the advocating David and his team did for us and would gladly work with him again!

I reached out to several remediation companies, and Servpro was the most professional, thorough, and incredibly reasonably priced one (I'm talking about a $2k+ difference with one other company)! Once our roof repair was complete, Patrick and his crew came out to do their work. They were prompt, efficient, and it seemed like they were very thorough. I even picked Patrick's brain on a few other areas of concern inside our house, and he was very transparent and honest. I hope not to need to use them in the future, but if I ever do, they'll be the ones I'll call. Happy to recommend them to anyone who needs remediation work done as well. Thank you!

After reading other reviews, I decided to give them a call. Patrick came out to take a look. He told me what was needed to be done and gave me an estimate. After couple days, I hired him for the job. On the day of the job, Patrick showed up with his team. Patrick explained in details of the steps they would take to treat my garage. They first deep cleaned the floors by sweeping and power washing then add the mold treatments and finally power wash it down again. Once all the cleaning and treatments were done, they placed 3 fans to blow dry the garage. The next day, Patrick came back to fill in the cracks in between the slabs to prevent water/moisture from coming up. I had a great experience working with Patrick and his team. They were professional, friendly, fast and efficient. Very easy to talk to. They cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

The job took 4.5 months and there were a great many details that required careful attention, including but not limited to: New flooring, new carpeting, new appliances, wall repair, new kitchen cabinets and countertop. All of these details were dealt with efficiently and transparently, so that we knew which of the improvements we requested were not covered by insurance and exactly how much out-of-pocket they would cost us. Ghedeon and his staff, both onsite and in the office, provided us with a solid foundation of service and comfort during this very trying time. We will be forever grateful to them all. Cannot imagine finding a better company to help us in restoring our home.

I filed a claim on Feb 14. After a brief initial visit on Feb 20 to take photos and measurements,…read morethe project spiraled into chaos. Demo began March 26, but drywall -- scheduled for April 2 -- was delayed repeatedly. At nearly every step, I faced miscommunication, unclear timelines, and zero accountability. On April 4, the team was rushed, rude, and dismissive. They failed to identify moldy, unsalvageable flooring -- a mistake that set us back another week. It wasn't until the franchise owner visited on April 11 that this was finally acknowledged. I provided replacement flooring info that day. But by April 30, Servpro still hadn't sent a quote to my insurance. Only after I followed up directly did Servpro suddenly "finish" it. Even after approval on May 7, they forgot to deliver drywall before the installer arrived May 14. No call. No apology. I had to follow up again, setting a completion date myself. Then it got worse: a Servpro employee walked directly into my home without knocking, startling my dogs and upsetting my wife. His response? "I've been here before." No respect for our space or safety. Tile and painting were delayed due to more scheduling failures. On May 28, flooring arrived but Servpro again miscommunicated with painters, who were left waiting without materials. The subcontractor even had to fetch the tile himself. More wasted time. More frustration. Finally, tile and paint were completed June 4 -- nearly four months after the claim began. The subcontractors (drywall, paint, flooring) were excellent. They showed up, did quality work, and were respectful. The real issue is Servpro's management. Disorganized, unprofessional, and totally indifferent to how much time and energy they wasted. The only thing they moved fast on was collecting the $1,000 deductible during the final walkthrough. Bottom line: Servpro showed no urgency, no ownership of mistakes, and no regard for the customer experience. I was left rescheduling my work, chasing updates, and managing the project myself -- the very thing I hired them to do. If they were stretched thin by wildfire recovery, they should not have taken on this job. If you want something done right, hire anyone but this franchise. Servpro's internal chaos caused unnecessary stress, delays, and inconvenience. I cannot recommend them.
