Once I replaced the tankless water heater, I had to deal with the residual damage from the water. The insurance folks sent out a demo team to take all the damaged wall/ ceiling and mold out. The insurance gave my Contact info to a Renovation company they use and said that they would call me. After a couple of days, I did not hear anything so I researched and found these guys on Yelp. They came out the same day provided a quote and I feel that their prices were reasonable. The insurance had already paid me out for what they guesstimated the cost of repairing everything ( i didn't tell them how much I was paid out) and it was comparable to what they quoted me. Although they said if their quote was more, they had no problem going back to the insurance folks to deal with them in regards to more money to do the project. Thankfully, we didn't need to do that. I highly recommend Daniel! We had a mystery water leak in the wall of our second bedroom. The wall was damaged, but before it could be fixed, the roofers had to come out and remove some roof shingles so Daniel and his crew could fix the leak (otherwise our roof warranty would be violated). Daniel was able to help me coordinate this with the roofers, which was no easy task. Daniel and his crew found water damage in a section of the wall. They removed the section, and then removed (abated) the mold, and restored the wall, including matching the difficult texturing on that is on our walls. The baseboard also had to be replaced, and it turns out we have custom baseboards. Daniel went out of his way to find someone who would make the baseboard for us, and then he sent one of his guys to install and paint it. All of the work was top notch. Daniel and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, and did outstanding work. In addition, we originally sought out three estimates, and Daniel was, by far, the most knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable of the three. I can't begin to say how happy I am with the work A1 Pro Property Restoration did for me. When my house was flooded I called A1 and they responded quickly, vacuuming up the water and placing fans and heaters where needed. Plastic was hung to protect cabinets and dry areas. drywall had to be removed to prevent mold. All this was done in a very professional manner. I was searching for a way to get enough of the free mulch from the city give away into my backyard to combat my weeds. I have a huge yard and need to cover about 500 square yards a few inches deep. I had been searching for various rentals and something about Daniel's reviews and services caught my eye when I was searching "dump truck rental" lol. Normally I wouldn't choose someone with so few reviews but I found myself calling his number and asking if he'd be willing to help with the opposite of what he normally does. I was delighted to hear him say yes, and even more delighted with the price he quoted. Not only that, he even offered to pressure wash his trailer that had some dirt in it. Originally Daniel was going to come pick up my husband and take him along to pick up the mulch (Sac city residents only) but when I found out Daniel also lives in Sac we decided he'd go get the mulch first. He made two trips for us. He was friendly, helpful, a good listener and even went to the trouble to shovel a small amount of mulch that wound up on the driveway instead of on the dirt. Right before Christmas I discovered a leak in my bedroom which I thought was coming from the window. I contacted Daniel at A-1 Pro Property Services after reading all his positive reviews. Unfortunately, over half of our house was flooded ten days before Christmas last year. The flooding came from our next door neighbors in-ground pool and their decision to empty the stagnant water out of it by pumping it out through the hose, which was laid across their yard right up to approximately six inches from our fence. The water poured from their hose into our side yard overwhelming our drainage system which was only two years old. My husband and I woke up to approximately 3 inches of water on our hardwood floors and over 2 ft of damage to the walls. Due to the age of our house it had to have a lead and asbestos inspection which ended up testing positive for both.
