    Disgusting toilet left by workers

    This company has given me such a headache. The actual owner of the company, Diana, comes to my house to review the damages. right away, she started saying a lot of the walls need to go away, that the carpet upstairs needs to get replaced, that all the rooms must be packed upstairs. she was amazing at first but then turned on us when we advised this company that we did not want them to handle the repairs because it was taking much too long to get anything done. Diana came on Feb 7th to look at my house, maybe a week later her crew began to come in. The very first week, one of her employees went into my garage without permission, he did not have authorization to go in there, point being two medicinal containers of cannabis extracts were missing. you know the saying the customer is always right, well Diana got very defensive, even after I send her the video of her employee going into my garage for 5 minutes each times. this was our first red flag. I spoke with Diana's husband, we about the situation and I said I was going to let it go if they punished their employee. next, her head person coming to the house, Javier, was very upset because I called him incompetent. I did not curse or say anything else. but apparently, that really upset Diana and said we were disrespectful when all I said was incompetent, which he was. Javier even said if we didn't like their work to go with someone else, rather than being patient or trying to win the costumer over, his attitude was very arrogant. this was around March 28. our stuff too was not packaged carefully, my kids bed is still not taken apart and there's still carpet under the bed. they did not take out a wall that clear had to water, I have pictures of the initial day when they came in. oh and now Diana wants to sue me for defamation for giving her my review. but the funny thing is that I was being truthful about everything I posted: her workers would show up late, sometimes not even show up unless we called to find out what's going on, would take long breaks, when I would drive by, I would often find them outside. the workers broke my desk chair and said that State Farm would pay for it but why should they do it when they broke it? now let's discuss how they left my home, completely disgusting. the toilets, the workers left it so disgusting, that when I had other Licensed contractors come in, they wanted to throw up when they saw the two toilets. overall, a very horrible company. they were pleased with us as first because the damages are a lot and they were going to get a very good profit off the work. but once we pulled the work from them, the nightmare begun. Now State Farm is claiming they need to do an investigation on the damages. to this day, April 20, my roof has not been repaired and my home is a complete utterly disaster. please I urge people to stay away from this company. it will only cause a headache and more work for you.

    I've used this company 3 times over the past 10 years and will no longer do so since my last…read moreexperience....first experience my home insurance company contacted this company for water damage in my home. The process was long but the company was pleasant. Second experience, same thing/water damage in my home and insurance company called them. That time it was quicker but the communication was horrible.They would pop up at random times with out notice to test the water moisture. Now, third time will be my last....had a sewer backup in the house, the County of Sac was responsible for it; so, they called this company to clean up my bathrooms from the overflow. The service was very quick that day with two people showing up. But my husband's Apple Watch disappeared after they left...My husband took off his watch and put it on our bedroom dressed dealing with the sewage mess initially. Not thinking we left his watch there while this company had two employees in our bedroom. A few hours after they left we could not find his watch so we tracked it and obviously someone had turned it off. Apples find my application, it indicated the last location was right outside our property fence where the company had parked. The company informed me they'll do an investigation which they contacted weeks later saying the trucks gps doesn't align with the location of the watch. Okay....live and learn on us to be watchful of belongings when strangers even with a reputable company are in your home. 2 stars for past experiences

    My review is a few months late, but it pertains to the bad rain and wind storms we had early this…read moreyear. My delay in writing was me, having to endure one stressful thing after another. A medical emergency concerning my dad and 2 deaths in the family. It's been a hard year that started off with a tree falling into my dad's house during what seemed like gale force winds. My sister, brother in law and I rushed to his aid to get things started to protect the interior of the living room where the elderly Cypress tree crashed. After reporting the incident to AAA, they immediately took over getting his home insurance rolling into action. They contacted Restoration Management in a timely manner to begin the necessary procedures at protecting the roof and wall. Since a lot of rain water had entered inside, they began things by placing a machine to wick or evaporate the moisture for several days, while we placed tarps over the exterior openings. It can be hard to stay patient, because it takes many days to get the repairs completed. Which is understandable, but my dad is not very patient and hard of hearing, so he couldn't always comprehend everything that was going on. So it seemed like communication was sometimes lacking. The technicians explained very little about what was going on, and what the next steps would be, (or maybe he just didn't hear them). But it was sometimes hard to get a hold of the project manager when we had questions. Other than that minor issue, this business demonstrated expert knowledge on what was needed when it came to emergency procedures and repairs. We felt very confident placing our home completely in their hands. They did a great job at getting the house back to it's original vintage self.
