It was almost bizarre watching my husband interact with them, you would think they had all been friends since childhood, except we just met them lol! They didn't try to show me a single thing I didn't want. They were dead honest about what was wrong with the truck I decided on. Funny thing, because we were actually there for another truck for my husband. What can I say... Happy wife, happy life?!?! They let my daughters play with the shop cat! The owner actually had an entire conversation with my daughters about how long he's had the cat and all that good stuff. They had CLEAN toy cars in the office ready for the kids to play with, and were just as kind to my girls as they were to me and my husband. We liked them so much and they offered us such a killer deal, we didn't just buy a truck for me, we bought a wakeboard boat for the husband too! And knowing what my husband wants, they are now on the hunt for my husband's dream truck, and you better believe we'll come buy it from them. Oh yeah... Just because it's important to moms with kids... The bathroom was perfectly clean and it's not like the other used car lots where there's junk and cigarette butts all over the ground. They installed it without consulting the service bulletin instructions, and the ICU-has been acting up . I went back the very next day and complained to the service manager Derrick, but he said everything is fine. Today my truck is at Ocala ,FLORIDA Freightliner and these incredible people are doing everything they can to help me with this nightmare. We tried to contact them on Olympia, but Derrick is declining to do the right thing because too much time has passed. The warranty for any repairs is 1 full year, but poor workmanship is only 3 months according to them. When I called over there , Nicole answered and immediately was rude and said well it ran for a few months so what's the problem here. Horrible people, don't take your semi truck there. Better yet, buy a Volvo be smart. Freightliner of Ocala said they will do the correction to the screw-up that Northwest Freightliner of Olympia created , repair it at their own expense to maintain and uphold the reputation of Freightliner/Daimler. After receiving fantastic assistance from Freightliner Northwest's facilities in Mt. Vernon and Yakima on a leaky axel flange gasket on my Class A RV, I found myself needing help a week later on the opposite axel. I called Derrick at 5 p.m. on a Wednesday and he had me come right over so the team could take a look at it. Sure enough, it was a bad gasket. An hour later Jayson had it all fixed up and even provided some super helpful information about an indicator light on my dash. I can't say enough good things about this company. They have a culture of helping people in a pinch. Thank you. [Now I need to get after my RV manufacturer for having two leaking gaskets on a 15,000 mile coach!]

I called him and he let me know a potential buyer had an appointment on Friday at 4pm to look at the truck. I said I wanted to buy it and asked to make a deposit and would fly in on Saturday to purchase it. He told me he could not do that because of the potential client with the appointment. A few minutes after 4pm he called to let me know the truck was sold to the client. This was a respectful and ethical dealer. The second experience was with Sabeti Motors. They had a Ford F150 on their website, just posted. The truck met all of my expectations and I contacted them via messaging. They promptly called and I made an appointment for 11am on Saturday June 8th. Repeatedly I messaged and phoned them to confirm my appointment and desire to buy the truck. The day before (Friday) I called to let them know I made arrangements for a mechanic to meet me there to inspect the truck but would only get there at 2pm. Again I confirmed my desire to buy the truck, On Saturday morning Sabeti Motors left a voice mail telling me they sold the truck the night before. Quite a different experience. The dealer in Montana has my business. He is looking for a truck for me and I am certain I will be pleased with the experience, just as I was impressed with his upstanding approach to selling the truck he had on his lot.

Asked for a quote and was told they didn't do quotes cuz "it's always more anyway ". Then the advisor ridiculed me for wanting to have the job done, saying if there is no leakage from the seal it's "probably " OK. Also said I should replace all the bearings even if they're OK just because I was paying the labor to inspect them. He ended up telling me he didn't mean to scare me off, but I left with the impression they were not interested in listening to the customer, or doing the job, --just charging the most money possible. I really wanted to have this work done by freghtliner, but he convinced me they are the wrong people for this job. Management should know people are coming in ready to spend money but are being told "why are you concerned with the wheel bearings on your 24 year old coach, they're probably fine".
