I have been with them through 3 owners for more than 35 years since the old retired Navy guy started on Orange Ave. Cough up for a larger space - it's possible you are not in compliance with the overly regulated California aisle regulations as well as NFPA. Exits clearly marked, Reunion maps. And so on. A friendly reminder that you ought to keep customers safe as well as associates. The crew was careful with wrapping, disassembling, transporting, and reassembling everything, even with a second-floor apartment, lots of stairs, and tight turns. Nothing was damaged. Maria and Liza in the office were patient with all my questions and very helpful. Alex handled the in-home estimate and explained the flat-rate setup clearly. In the end, the estimate was accurate and the terms discussed were honored. Sergei was truly a pleasure to work with and made us feel at ease throughout the move.
