However this last time I brought it in to be cleaned the very white rug came back in worse condition than when I brought it in. The edges were frayed and the white rug was stained yellow. It also had silver detailing that was completely scrubbed off the rug. Instead of standing behind their mistake and screw up they declined to replace the rug even though they should have after THEY were the ones who completely destroyed it. Safe to say I will never go back to get anything cleaned here and will make notify friends and family to not go here as well.

Character and craftsmanship seem to be decreasing in supply these days in service professions. This gentleman's bedside manner may not be off the charts, but (judging from the shoes someone picked up before me), he is a skilled and very honest craftsman. When I called a week later, they told me "next week." When I drove across town the following week, only one of the three pairs was ready.
