The store is well stocked, clean and organized. Staff are everywhere so it's not hard to find help. And if someone can't help, they find someone who can! Huge difference! One of the managers Minuette (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is so kind and always working her butt off! But not only her, I have had the pleasure of getting help from many of the employees. Nikki, Dan, Chris, Celeste, Tessa, Jay, Bruce, and one of the nicest and most helpful I call Credit Card Chris. Lol He will get you $20.00 in free merchandise just for applying for a credit card! (If you're approved it's more, I think $100.00) It's a win win he says! The staff are incredibly helpful and treat one another like family. There are a couple employees that I saw in the freezing cold working the parking lot, and every single time they see me or my hubby they make sure to say hello. Now I look for them so I can say hello. He told us that he had a lot of experience helping other people build this table before and was ready to answer any and all questions. I did contact A-1 and explained about what LG had said, but I received an explanation that they would have no way of knowing about the Warranty on the Control Panel.
