We've attached the email we sent to Sid, highlighting some concerns we had with billing and…read morecommunication. We're sharing this to give more context to our experience and why we felt the need to leave this review. Hi Sid, Dr. Alan emailed you last week regarding concerns with billing, specifically about diagnosis codes not matching hospital documentation and the high AR balance of over $200,000. As of today, it's been over a week and we still haven't received any response from you. Additionally, we've noticed that even after you received Dr. Alan's email, you have continued to change patient diagnosis codes from what's listed in the hospital records. For example, in Patient Claim No: 973573629, we noted: I48.91 was billed instead of the hospital-documented I48.20. Diagnoses such as Z96.642, R26.9, and V86.95XD were not included, even though they are part of the hospital's documentation. Diagnoses like I82.409 and Z74.09 were added, but there's no supporting documentation from the hospital for these. Could you please explain the reason for changing these diagnosis codes? Additionally, we need clarification on the following: 1. Rejected Claims: There are over $60,000 in rejected claims still sitting in the clearinghouse. Have you corrected or resubmitted any of these claims? Please provide a all rejected claims report and what has been resubmitted for the rejected claims report. 2. Correctable Claims in the Clearinghouse: Many correctable claims have been there for 4 months. Have you followed up on any enrollment or other issues related to this? Please explain why these are still unresolved. and how many pending enrollment with the detailed documents. 3. Denied Claims: Have you reviewed and followed up on any denied claims? Please provide a report detailing denied claims and your follow-up actions on denied claims for the past 4 months. 4. Accounts Receivable (AR): Last week, the AR was about $200,000, and now it shows $122,105. Can you explain where the $70,000 difference went? Did Dr. Alan receive this amount, or was it adjusted elsewhere? 5. Collections: There is over $65,000 in collections across 42 pages. Have you taken any action on these collection accounts? Please update us on any efforts made. 6. Outstanding Balance Overview: Do you have an overall summary of how much is still outstanding? Please provide all outstanding balance? Your website mentions that you respond to client emails within 6 hours. Please get back to us as soon as possible with the information requested. Thank you, Alan and Stacy Good morning Sid, Following up on the email we sent yesterday, we have still not received a response from you, even after more than six hours. Dr. Alan has reviewed both your recent and past billing submissions and found that the diagnosis codes on all patient claims have been altered. Specifically: Some codes have been completely removed, Some have been replaced with codes that are not found in the hospital documentation, and In several cases, important codes have been changed or omitted. These changes are serious and directly impact claim outcomes--resulting in denials, underpayments, or rejections from insurance companies. Effective immediately, please stop all billing activities. Do not enter or delete any files. Additionally, we are requesting that you provide all login credentials and access information for the insurance company portals associated with Dr. Alan's billing. Please also respond to our previous email and provide a clear explanation regarding the changes made to the diagnosis codes. Thank you, Alan and Stacy

Checking with some of the insurance companies indicates that most of the claims were never billed. I would avoid them if you wish to stay in practice.
