Brought my car in because the washer fluid had been draining in less than two weeks every time I filled it. They told me it was the nozzle on the rear window that wasn't containing the fluid and it was rapidly spraying out. They even showed me that it was spraying haphazardly. I then specifically asked if they had LOOKED at the washer fluid lines and they said yes. They went ahead with the service of the nozzle. Two to three weeks later the washer fluid was out again. This time I brought it to another shop who looked under the hood. Come to find out, the washer pump, the hose, as well as the ignition coil had been eaten by rats. I needed an entirely new washer pump. Very disappointing that this wasn't addressed when I brought the car to A&A but am thankful someone else took the time to look at it. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place, but Nick was very nice. read more

My dealership gave me a list of things that my car needed while it was in their shop. I brought my car to A&A for rear brakes and was told I didn't need everything on the list I was given. My son had recommended them to me. This was the second time I brought my car there and will trust them with all the servicing my car needs. Most woman don't know too much about car parts. We have lived in this area for 11-years now. Early on, a co-worker told us about A&A and their excellent auto services. We have gone there for everything from routine care or checks, e.g., inspections, new batteries or tires, or for larger services and repairs like brakes and front-end alignments. We have always been treated more than fairly! We also have NEVER had to go back or to complain about any 'after service' issue. Zero complaints! As a bonus, they check out our vehicles and give us a 'heads up' on what we could possibly need to do in the next 6-months or so. This is done as part of their typical support to their loyal customers and not ... as some 'other' shops do ... as a means to drum up more and more business, or charge for unneeded services. One other thing, now that they know us, my wife has gone in there 'alone' on occasion, say like when the car was making a funny noise, etc., and they have checked the car out while she waited and advised. Unlike other horror stories we've heard from 'single women trying to get their cars checked out at other places', the gents @ A&A are straight-forward, upfront, and honest in their approach to auto service. Everything co$ts nowadays, but I know when we use A&A Auto Care, that we get a tremendous value for our dollar! I have had many bad experiences with other random auto shops on the market; since I don't know much about cars and mechanics, but A&A is my go-to spot. I went in for an inspection sticker, and I ended up learning some basics about mechanics. I have been there multiple times, the owner; Nick provided honest suggestions that consider my practical needs, didn't try to oversell. When he explained and addressed a problem, it was easy to understand, direct, upfront, and very informative. I expect my mechanic to be knowledgeable and professional, but there is nothing more important than honesty and integrity in the auto service industry. What a great find to find this great automotive shop. Nick is very helpful, honest and prices are so fair for superior work. Location cannot be beat for the convenience of not dealing with traffic, plenty of parking if you had to leave the car/truck the night before or even if you left it in the morning and walked a block or two to the bus stop to Boston which also is next to exit ramp to 93. Nick has done a few not so easy jobs for me and aside from being so fair in pricing, the work done beautifully, it's done in a timely fashion and Nick goes above and beyond to meet your needs and schedule. I can't say enough about these guys. I found them years ago looking for a last-minute inspection and have stayed with them ever since.
