After a few times refilling air in a tire, only to see it lose pressure, I awoke to the same issue 2 hours before needing to drive Mom for chemo. I yelped "tire repair" and thankfully Castle was the closest and had 5-star ratings. I'm happy to add this is 5+ star! I pulled into the shop which was slammed. Edwin said he'd give a look and if it was a quick job he could do, otherwise I'd need to book an appointment. He quickly diagnosed, removed a screw and patched the hole. Then filled all of the tires, all in less than 10 minutes. I am so thankful for Yelp to have led me to this wonderful shop and even more thankful for Edwin for taking the time and care to help me. I have been coming here for a number of years, the customer service is always great and they do great work. The owner is straight forward, and fair. Last time I came in for a rattling sound that was getting worse every time I drove my car. Turns out I just had a loose part under my car. They tightened it, without charge, and did not take advantage. They are just honest people. I called for tires for our 2020 CRV. I had several tires in mind but felt that because my wife of 30 years drives city and highway miles, Michelins were the choice. Spoke to the owner (can't recall his name) and he got back to me with a price. He installed the tires and did an alignment (not sure if I needed it but worth the peace of mind. ALL work done within 2-3 hours. They had to destroy the locking lug nuts so we had to go back to install the new lug nuts when they came in a couple days later (under $30). All in all, the owner and i believe his wife in the office are efficient, conscientious, and keep their word on price and time estimates. Great, honest service these days can be hard to find but I feel that I've found it there at Castle. read more

My son in law called around, and Castle Tire said they could fit me in, although they could not, of course, guarantee how long it would take to fix, depending on the problem. I took my care there, and got it back, fully repaired, in less than an hour. The shop is very clean, the receptionist was very nice and helpful, and the man who fixed my tire was friendly, answered my questions, and fixed the tire efficiently and at an excellent price. My AAA driver recommended Castle Tire as he knew they were open on Sundays, which is when I had a flat tire. I read up on the shop and it sounded like a place I wanted to go since they were a family-run business and also sold used tires. They were great to deal with from the initial call to my arrival at the shop. I didn't wait long to find out that my tire was damaged beyond repair. They showed me what made the tire irreplaceable and offered a new tire for a very reasonable price. I asked about a used tire since my other tires have a bit of wear. They were able to outfit my car with a great used tire for $75. I felt that the staff was honest and genuinely cared about their customers. Had an appointment for an alignment today and when I showed up 15 mins early, Edwin took my car in right away. My car lowered and it sits about 3 inches off the ground. Their ramps were pretty high. I had a feeling that they weren't going to be able to work on my car. I was wrong. Edwin has used a few small ramps and managed to get my car up onto the the alignment machine. It took some time but he got it up onto the ramp. He was moving it slowly so it won't damage anything underneath my car. Overall service I would give an A+. Fair pricing and wonderful customer service. Definitely will be coming back in the future. read more

With a big snow storm coming on Saturday I made a call last night to see if they had snow tires in my size. He who is Edwin the owner says new or used. A breathe of fresh air in my opinion that he wasn't trying to up sell me. Well I'm looking for good value tires. He happened to have 4 almost new Bridgestone Blizzaks with a price that would only buy 2 tires new. SOLD! I make the appointment for today/Friday at 245pm. He tells me it's about 45 minutes to an hour. I get there at 250pm. 255pm my car is on the lift and he shows me the almost brand new tires and says he'll do his best to get me out by 345pm so I can get to work. Tick tock. Visiting Winchester from MD, I had a flat requiring a new tire. Having an unusual brand of tire, it was nearly impossible to find a store that could fulfill my need quickly. After combing the whole area, I finally landed at Castle Tire. Edwin saw my out of state plate and immediately knew I was trying to get home. On a Sunday, he called his tire vendor and confirmed he could get a replacement mid-day on Monday. Then, his vendor let him down. Edwin checked all his sources and found a tire 1 1/2 hours away. He volunteered to have his sister (she works at the shop) go get it. We both agreed that was unnecessary. I asked him how long he would be open that night waiting on his first vendor. His reply was, "as long as it takes to fix your tire." At 4:30 PM his vendor finally came through and he had me ready to go by 5:00. All for a competitive price for a premium tire. I was looking for a used set of hard to find tires for my four wheel drive SUV. I wasn't sure what to expect, since I've never bought used tires before. I called 15+ places, Edwin gave me the best price by far. He was super helpful, got back to me quickly, sent me pictures of the tires so I could check them out before I came in. Needed a tire repair on a Sunday and Castle was the only place I found that was open. The Jiffy Lube website said they did tire repair but when I got there, they told me they no longer did. Luckily, Castle was across the street. They were quick, professional, and very nice. I'll be recommending Castle Tire to all friends and family. Had two great experiences there this week with Edwin who is a prince. First he set me up with a great tire and wheel package for my older car. He spent about a half an hour texting after hours going over the options and ended up with a better set than I had originally had chosen at TireRack and for less money. Today my wife called from the road telling me that our newer car had a low pressure indicator, something which could be a major headache. We're taking the car on a road trip tomorrow and this car is fitted with needlessly exotic tires that apparently are always on back order. I called Edwin with my story. My tire hit a curb and lost air parking at home Thursday night. Used wife's car Friday morning. Google revealed nothing but five stars and excellent service. I knew they were around the corner from where I live, so I called. They asked my tire details, and provided a cell phone for texting pics. Wife took pictures of the tire, and sent them to Castle. Via texting, we were set for a Sunday morning visit. Visited early Sunday morning (texting scheduled me as first car). Arrived before they opened, they were ready for me when they arrived right on time! Very professional, had my tire ready (from prior texting), and job was done in about 10 minutes. Car was in my sight at all times (was happy with that). Tire they used was identical to what they said they had in stock via texting - no surprises. Checked tire pressure on all tires.
