I went into the Woburn location on 2/19 got a quote and made an appointment to get 4 new tires on 2/20 at 3:30pm. I called earlier in the day and asked if they could take me earlier at 1:00. Spoke with the manager and he said no problem. I waited over 2 hours and my car was still sitting in the parking lot where I pulled in. When I asked what the delay was they said my car was next in line( when they originally said I would be out in 90 minutes)!!! I am beyond frustrated as it took almost 3 hours to get my car back!!! They told me it'll be an hour to hour and a half so I asked my wife to pick me back up and within half an hour they called me back saying it was all done. I go there with frozen groceries that we just shopper for and found out they had not done the alignment. They told me it'll just be another 15 minutes so I waited there with groceries left in my car and it took them one hour to just get to my car and complete the alignment. read more

BEWARE: If you purchase tires from TFT (as I have, for years on several different vehicles), one of the benefits is that you get free tire rotations on the vehicle for the life of the tires - nice perk, which I have used countless times over said years. I made an appointment to have the tires rotated on my vehicle. I went in for my scheduled appointment for the desk agent to tell me "cash or credit" three times despite my protests. When I continued to protest, he gave a haphazard, "Just kidding..." because he knew I was informed. I contacted corporate and aired my grievances, but my concern is for those who may not be as informed, this customer service agent seemed to be trying to scam me, and had I not protested of the free benefit that goes with the tires for life, he willingly would have charged me. The only benefit is once he knew I was not pleased and not amused, my vehicle was serviced and I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Had a terrible experience with the Woburn Town Fair Tire. Jeremy checked out my tire on my truck and found a nail causing a slow leak. I was told it would take two hours before it would get int the shop for a short repair. He told me if I paid in advance I would hold my place in the queue, which I did. Me and my wife took a short ride to gas up my truck and kill some time. Upon returning I gave an attendant my keys and sat for an hour reading my book. When askin how much longer it would be I was told by Jeremy that it would be at least another two hours. When I asked why, he said your time started when I gave my keys. A blatant misrepresentation. He was smirking and condescending and just outright lying to my face about what he told me upon initial conversation with him. I saw someone earlier hand him a twenty , so I guess it's pay to play. Apparently this is the only place where you can write a less than five star review of Town Fair Tire in Woburn. I give them one star. My experience was a while ago. I hope they are running things more customer friendly now. I had two major complaints. One was their rebate offer, which was: buy three tires, get the fourth one free. I am an expert at filling out rebate forms. I did everything required to the letter. I never received a rebate check. Town Fair would probably say that this is not on them, but the tire company instead, But, my suspicion is that this was a phony rebate. (And btw, Town Fair could help you fill out the rebate, right then and there. God knows they have enough spare time between customers actually being served.) My second complaint has to do with their so-called extra services. One of them is free tire rotation for the life of the tire. I went in for my first free rotation at Woburn Town Fair Tire. I made sure I went early, and was actually the first customer at their service desk that day. You have seen pit crews at Nascar events changing tires in ten seconds. So it's reasonable to think it wouldn't take Town Fair more than fifteen minutes to rotate tires, right? Wrong. They made me wait three full hours to complete the job. A job that I could do in ten minutes. Again, understand that I was their first customer of the day! They made their point. I brought the car in for an alignment and tire rotation. I bought my four tires in this location. I mention to the store associate that my car has been pulling on the right side and I hit the curb yesterday really bad. Time to get it done and I knew it. After an hour waiting they came up with a paper (first picture) with perfect measurements. Your car needs no alignment and we could not find your wheel lock. If you wanna come back next day for the tire rotation, feel free to do. First, nobody asked me for the wheel lockers, they been in the most obvious place, the center console. I got out of their store and went to HONDA for an oil change and they have checked my alignment (second picture). My car needs an alignment as I knew it did. I called them the Town fair Woburn to address the concern and they denied their mistake saying that honda was just trying to sell their services. One and half hour wasted. Called their number. Made an appointment several days in advance and detailed exactly what I needed done. Install 3 new TPMS sensors that I purchased from Ford. They said no problem. Appointment was for 9am, but they open at 8. I was the first one in the door. Computers weren't on or functional. Ok. Then I said, I can tell you what I'm here for and you can write it down. Ok. No pen. Not one pen in the store. Kid used a highlighter. Ok. Then he asked, do you want the tires rebalanced? I said you are taking the tire off to replace the sensor so yes. Then he said, we'll have you out by 9. I said great. Then I went outside to wait for them to take my truck. And waited. Then I walked back inside to see the monitors showing the work bays. Completely empty. Then the kid calls me while I'm standing there in front of him. He asked if I wanted the 4th tire balanced. I said, don't even take it off the truck. About 3 weeks ago I purchased 4 new tires. They were installed and aligned that same day. Even tho they were super busy, I found Town Fair to be very accommodating and squeezed me in. Steven was awesome and super helpful during this process! 2 days ago, a nail penetrated the inside of my rear passenger tire. Because of where the nail is located, the tire cannot be plugged. I went back to Town Fair and Steven was again super accommodating and amazingly helpful. Fortunately I am Still under the 30 day warranty and they are replacing my tire today. Went into to patch a tire, they charged me 13 bucks after telling me they couldn't repair it. (Two holes in close vacinity). I ended up purchasing 4 tires and had them put on. After leaving town fair, one hubcap fell off, my tire pressure would not hold, a lug nut fell off, and I needed all new Tpms sensors. Really shoddy work. Brought my car in for four new tires. They tried to give me my car back with one lug nut missing. Seriously! The tech comes out to the front like I'm supposed to care who he is. He says "it's safe to drive with only four ." And tries to hand me my lug nut. What?!! Even if it is I don't care. Give it back the way I gave it to you. It is so great to find an auto service place that really values good customer relations. I've been here several times, they always have the best prices or they price match (never more than a few dollars difference) and they offer free balancing! One time I had a tire that was vibrating, turns out it wasn't even the tire they replaced, but the wheel weights had fallen off of other front wheel, but they still re-balanced it for me, free of charge! I felt it was a bit high (no research on my part by the way) and I suggested a lower price. He said he would run it by his manager, Mark. A few minutes later they both came out to the front. I needed an alignment after buying tires at BJs wholesale after being told that their shop does not do alignments.... after the tire install I had made an appointment at the local NTB the day before, appointment was set to be seen at 8am. The person on the phone was great, "sure come in between 8am and 830 and we will take care of you!" and when I got to NTB.... I was told I was not in the system and could not be seen for another 6 hours. I called the NTB number I made the appointment with to see what had happened and their call center also had no recollection either. I know it was Friday but that was embarassing I urgently rushed over to tire rack because I have a long drive later today. Their associate Steven greeted me with a fantastic additude that woke me up (I have not had my morning coffee). He assured me that he will make things right for me and immediately, He got me in the system, took my keys and got my car in the shop for my alignment. While he looked at my car he even noticed I had a loose bumper and he secured it quickly. (Its an older car, not body work but he snapped it in right) One thing I noticed in my buying experience was the attention to detail the tire rack store put into their covid guidelines.
