On a Friday morning on the way into Boston to work my back tire alarm came on my tire was very low I pulled into a gas station to put air in wasn't work. I made it to Sullivan tire in Woburn am Tony could not have been kinder or more helpful . Nails in my tire had to be replaced. Came in for an oil and filter change shortly before putting the car away for winter storage. This spring I took the car out and after a few weeks realized that the oil wasn't full. A week later the oil had dropped to half. Apparently most of it ended up on the garage floor and on the car. Sullivan used the wrong oil filter and it was leaking. read more

The Team on Montvale Street in Woburn are the most trustworthy and professional guys I have had work on my cars since back in my 30s when I stopped doing my own repairs, since I do maintenance work all day at my job. They have never tried to make me buy parts or services I do not need. They have had my business since 2008 and will continue too as long as I am living in this area. We've always received excellent service and value from Sullivan tire. Our last experience really cemented that they are the ONLY place we'll buy tires from. Last fall we bought 4 news tires and the insurance offered. While traveling out of state we got a screw in our tire and had to replace it. Upon our return we asked Sullivan if they would honor the replacement feature of the insurance. Without question they reimbursed us for the cost of the tire we purchased. My experience was great because you gave me peace of mind, by addressing my concerns immediately, 3 of your competitors were unable to service my auto that day, which sparked an element of panic, I just went down the list of brake services until I spoke to Lenny, he invited me to bring my car in for an evaluation, that day, I went immediately, I left my car and the key and I was provided with a ride a home not even an hour later I received a call with a diagnosis and a reasonable rate for repair and they offered to address a related issue I previously declined at the dealership due to the outrageous amount for repair, I asked if they accepted credit cards, which they do and 3 hours later I was back on the road, no more grinding noise when I come to a stop, and no more warning lights on the dashboard, I no longer feel fearful or unsafe, I am very pleased it was addressed quickly, Sullivan Tire you are greatly appreciated. read more

I went to 4 different Tire places looking for a single tire repair. Townfair, Pepboys, NTB and Sullivan Tire in Saugus. I was told by all the places that I needed 4 new tires because my Mercedes Benz All Wheel Drive requires the tires to be the same rubber. Total cost in the $1400 range. So on my way to work I stopped at the Woburn location, Dave Frissore at the Woburn store told me he wanted to check my others tires before we got 4 new ones, as my tires were in pretty good shape. Turns out I had enough rubber remaining on the others so that I only needed the one. I told Dave I would be selling the car in 12-18 months and I wasn't really too thrilled about replacing all 4 if I didn't need to, but was prepared to do so if necessary. One of the tires did also have some rubber missing so I replaced 2 of them. Best tire service ever. I Told Dave, the store manager that he now has my business on my 5 vehicles. It was professional, honest, logical and done all in the same day even though the tires were not on site. He also said that if I need alignment he would do that. You know all the other stores I visited would have added the alignment cost. Dave told me I was all set, not necessary. Couldnt be happier.. fan for live, customer for life.. There were uneven wear in our minivan's tires so when we got new tires installed, the installer recommended that we get the wheels re-aligned. We brought our minivan at Sullivan tires, after they did the inspection they determined that, the minivan didn't need alignment. They didn't charge us anything, they could have told us it needed alignment but they were honest. It was so easy to make an appointment and everyone was nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. Will go back here for other services in the future. read more

We are traveling up the East coast and hit a curb. We have about 500 miles left to go, so we thought we better have the tire changed, since it looked like there was damage. They were SUPER friendly and helpful. They had to pick up a tire for our car, and when we reached them, they took a look and told us we didn't need to replace it.
