Worst AutoZone and worst staff. I was first in line, but…read morethey changed the register and started helping customers who came after me. I waited for about 10 minutes, watching them call other customers while I was still standing there. Completely unacceptable service. Management should seriously consider replacing or retraining the staff.

This place has extremely rude employees. I made an online order once and picked it up at this store…read morein Lincoln Heights. The guy behind the counter gave me my order which had what looked like a receipt taped to it. I thanked him and started walking out. He said "wait for your receipt". That was the first time he spoke. He gave me another receipt while muttering something under his breath while looking annoyed. I asked, "What did you say?". He said, "nothing". I insisted, "no, what did you say?" He then lied to me said he was reading the screen. Bull, he was not even looking at the screen. Unfortunately tonight, 12/18/25, I had to return to this place. I tried to enter through the door that says "in" and it was locked. I looked for the business hours sign and it said they close at 10pm. It was not even 7pm. I pull the door a few more times then looked in and got the attention of the clerk behind the counter. He pointed to the other door, the one that says "out". So I walked in and tell him the door is locked. And with attitude he says, "I know" I asked if they're closing early. He says. "no" . " Why is it locked?", I ask matter of factly. And with great annoyance he shouts, "Because I don't want shop lifters coming in and robbing me!" Those were his exact words. These places need to have EVERYTHING behind the counter if they are gonna treat everyone like a criminal anyway. And that rude guy with the messy beard needs to get a grip and if he does not like people, he should not be in customer service. Hello. No need to shout, little guy.

Excellent Service .......I had an amazing experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Los Angeles (90032)…read more I needed a cabin filter for my Honda. While having oil checked at Jiffy Lube they advised to replace it would be $50. A friend suggested I check out O'Reilly, and I'm so glad I did! When I walked in, I was greeted by EDWIN who was friendly and helpful. As a woman, I was a little hesitant to ask for help with installing the filter, but he went above and beyond. Not only did he help me find the right filter, but he also installed it for me free of charge! They usually don't install but he saw I was concerned I wouldn't be able to do myself. And the best part? It only cost me $20! This kind of courteous and professional service is becoming rare, and I really appreciate it. He made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. Thank you to this awesome employee for making my day! I'll definitely be coming back to O'Reilly for any future car needs. Highly recommend this location!

FYI - this location will not install your battery when there is rainy weather outside. I ordered a…read morebattery from them for in-store pickup/installation and headed to the store when the rain had stopped; once I arrived at the counter and the workers brought the battery out I advised them I needed an installation - they proceeded to ask me if my car was electric, which I answered no to, then told me they don't install batteries in the rain. I explained that my car would not start up again as I had to jump the battery to even get there so I returned the battery on the spot, which was easy enough, and advised them I would have to call AAA roadside service in their parking lot (why did I not do that to begin with?!). AAA was so much easier and even cheaper! They sold me a 3-year warranty battery, installed it on the spot (rain or shine), and it was almost $40 less than what I had just paid for a battery inside at O'Reilly...and they offer a year or two more of warranty on their batteries than O'Reilly does. Such a good deal. The AAA technician was kind and even apologized on O'Reilly's behalf for not installing the battery in rainy weather, which clearly was no fault of his. Overall, I am giving 1 star for the speediness of in-store pickup, as I received notice that it was ready about an hour after I had placed it which was good timing, and 1 more star for the good deal they had on a 5qt. jug of motor oil which I also purchased. Other than that, can't provide more or less stars as I did not deal with them other than for the return of battery and pickup of other items. Thank you.
