I called this morning about a part for my car. The customer service over the phone was excellent. When I went in to pay for the part he arrived at 4:32 pm there was one person ahead of me. When I got to the counter the staff person was rushing and did not give me the same information as over the phone. He expected me to pay for the part and wait for it to come in to see if it is the right part. I said since you are in a rush to get out of here I will let you go. The staff person threw the keys to a co-worker and said let's get the "F" out of here. Of course they have lost me as a customer and that's why I'm writing this review on Google and Yelp. When I treat people with respect I expect to be treated with respect. All I asked is are you sure this is the right part. To tell me you don't know we will see when it gets here is unacceptable when I have to spend over $200.00. No way.
