Long story short, my check engine light came on, I ran (free) diagnostics at AutoZone, I went to the dealership, I left the dealership, I cursed the dealership, and then I found AV Auto on Yelp. AV confirmed the diagnosis (I needed a new engine coolant pump), recommended I get the part online (for a better price), set a time for the repair, and finished the job in less time than they quoted me.
