It's not a STAR station which is fine as long as it's not required from DMV. Fred helped me out - he was very friendly and non-intimidating (great for a gal going to an auto shop by herself!) He explained that Tesla tires have some foam, so patching the tire for the nail he found would be $50. It was nice he took the time to explain why it was a certain cost, def appreciated. They have a really nice waiting area with seating + strong AC (it was a hot summer day in LA), I was really impressed. Initially, I went to get an estimate (after reading great reviews) since my Subaru dealership was charging me almost $2K for list of items they suggested I needed.
