He even helped us find out the potential root cause for some of the more difficult issues we had been having with the house i.e. the sporadic roof leaks. What stood out most was his deep expertise. With over 20 years in the trade, Mike knows construction process inside and out, and what builders should or shouldn't do as best practices. He also has specialized experience in mold remediation and plumbing issues, which gave us confidence given our past water problems. Mike is an excellent communicator and very patient. He explained how things are supposed to work, advised us on how repairs should be handled, and even warned us of pitfalls to avoid when dealing with builders or contractors.
