I am new to the Bismarck area and was craving pizza, I was told this place has some pretty awesome pizza. I read some of the other reviews on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I ordered the large Taco Pizza, and a small BBQ chicken pizza to go. They have a pretty good selection of beers on tap so definitely grab one while you wait for your pizza. I didn't wait very long at all for my order probably no more than 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and the established was dated but very clean. They also have a daily special by the slice or pizza. When I got home I opened up the BBQ chicken first, little spicy but really good flavor, it would be nice to see some cilantro on it for flavor. Taco pizza was probably the best I have had in a long time. Taco pizza was always a childhood favorite of mine so was happy to find a place who serves it m. My only complaint is that I wish the crust would have been cooked a little longer, was a little to underdone for my liking. Overall very satisfied and will most likely return. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I've dealt with. Waited 90 Minutes for a 30 minute pizza. Called to ask very nicely where it was they said on way. Completely fine. Problem when it arrived was cold and missing all extra ingredients. Called and manager was as helpful as their ingredients. Nothing there Large pizza was $45.00. Had pizza for a meeting, they were dropped and were told they would bring us new one. We're talking practically folded in half. Very obvious. Called about an hour later to see where they were. I don't know how this can be A&B pizza. This is my first time to this location. I always go to the one on the other side of Bismarck. The pizza here is good. I see a lot of people order burgers so those must be good as well. The service is hit or miss. No one comes around for refills and you have to order and the counter and pre tip and pay before you get your food, which is very irritating. read more

Everytime I get into NoDak..its a must to stop by A&B Pizza! This place has been around for over 40 years!! The pizza is never a let down! I always get the sauerkraut pizza..it is really good despite it sounding disgusting! This time we had some canadian bacon with it and that was superb as well! We also had a hawaiian and pepperoni and each one is so good, the crust is a perfect thin and just right crispiness too! Thanks A&B for never dissapointing! We had a group of 6. We ordered the special pizza that day and the beefy nachos. The wait for 2 pizzas and nachos was only 20 minutes. The food was great. The only drawback was the ordering process there are too many people standing by the entrance. read more

I used to order A&B north for the last 12 years until I moved south of town. For the first time today, I ordered from the south location. The price was a $27 difference from north store. That's a huge difference! I looked at the menu online and hit the call to order at south store. After speaking to the manager about this she said "ya, but if you scroll to the bottom it says prices may vary from each location." Really...$27! Lost my business. I will NEVER order from here again. Ordered pizza and cheeseburgers for take out, pizza was ok but the menu online is VERY deceiving. Lists cheeseburgers as $1.95, which seems like a great price, of course you expect them to be on the smaller side which they were. Price in reality was $4.89 for a way overcooked, dry and not very good tasting burger. When I called I was told that the website states menu varies by location, if it is going to be that big of a difference they need to list the different location prices or actually make it a five dollar burger in taste and size. read more

We order A&B Pizza every time we're in town visiting family. It's one of our favorite pizza places.

May 24, 2021, order a pizza from A&B. Pizza at the interstate location, ordered a large house special. We live 40 miles from Bismarck, when we arrived home to sit down to eat we discovered that they gave us the wrong order. So, we called to inform them of this mistake and also discovered that the order we received was cheaper than our original order we ask for a refund for the difference, the manager did not apologize for the screw up and could not figure out how to refund the difference in price. She was also quite rude and would welcome the idea of us not being a customer anymore! read more

Biggest complaint: We had our granddaughters there to celebrate last day of school. The kindergarten girl went into bathroom to wash hands and burned her hands because the hot and cold faucets were reversed! The response from employee was there is a sign on wall that's says to be careful cuz of reversed faucets. As if a 6 year old can read and process that! They should be shut down read more

Had a group of us go there. Pizza was delish, however, after the pizza, my friend wanted a beer. We stood at the bar for 13 minutes watching the bartender wash glasses and put them in the coolers. Another woman walked up to the bar, further down and was waited on immediately. Since the bartender had to stand directly in front of us to get this other woman's beer, we were sure she would help us next. A man approached her and ordered and she got his. Ok, we're next?? No, she went back to washing glasses so we boxed up remaining pizza and left. To sum it up I'd rather eat out of McDonalds trash can. We ordered at work several of us did and we all shared the experience. 1st delivery driver dropped food off did and they put the condiments on top of our food and he opened them all up and pulled them out with his hands therefore touching all the food. 2nd Fries were not even cooked still soggy and raw. 3rd The fleshkeichle meat in the inside was raw and pink! (Huge health code violation!) 4th They charged us for about $5 of things we either didn't order or recieve. I called to discuss this with a manager because I do understand things happen I have managed restuarants before but all they offered to do was $5 credit for next time. I stated I didn't want the credit because I don't want to eat there ever again they can come pick up the food and bring the money but the delivery driver can keep the hefty tip he was given. I was then placed on hold for over 10 minutes and the manager said she told the owner and his responce was he didn't care and they aren't going to do anything about it. I hope the manager was just lying but either way I informed sher she could notify him they just lost about 50 customers, employees from our work who got to witness or partake in this. read more

We were looking for a good pizza and based on reviews, stopped at A& B Pizza. As we walked in a waiter passed us with an obvious thin crust pizza. A second person, who turned out to be the manager asked if we had questions and we asked to be seated. He said to take our choice and order in back or at the bar. We should have left then, but we try and eat locally when we travel, so thought we'd give them a try. The menu is on the table and after a quick look, decided to get our favorite and husband went up to order. He asked for a deep dish pizza with half pepperoni and onion, and the opposite half sausage and mushroom. He had to repeat it four times and added our drinks. When it came, it was a thin crust pizza with all toppings all over. We sent it back. The manager came over and explained they only do deep dish on small pizza and it's on bread sticks (What?? That's not pizza!!). We ordered a pizza burger which came not fully cooked, fries, and a chicken salad. The salad was shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and chicken (nothing else). I asked for Blue Cheese dressing and it arrived with ranch. The manager could not figure out how to refund the difference in the orders and before we left, we had to ask for a refund which he had to do by running both orders and doing the substraction manually. We have no idea why this restaurant is in business, let alone has the crowd. Please send the cook to NY, Chicago, Buffalo or another city known for good pizza to learn how to make the real thing. If you are used to real pizza do not eat here. read more

I can say what the pizza was like. As I ordered delivery from Southern Arizona. You see my mother ( She's 83 years old) lives in Bismarck Out past University Mary. With the dangerously cold weather the past week, I know she's not been out to town for you shopping. I wanted to insure she had a hot dinner. So I called up and asked if they delivered to her address. They first said yes. But later realized they didn't. They had called me back to state the error. When I explained what I was doing, they HAPPILY delivered the pizza. I ordered her a TACO pizza. One of her favorite pizza's. She enjoyed every crumb. My complaint is their customer service. At work we order about once a week from restaurants and one week it was A&B. I knew I paid too much pre order but I had in the past and always got change. This time I did not get the 8.00 overpayment back. I called and management could not come to the phone. After work I stopped and waited for a manager. I explained what happened and he said that they gave the 8.00 to the driver as a tip. To give that back me would require them to take the tip back. I told the manager while I was not happy, I was not going to take money from the driver but I also would not order from them again. read more
