Ashqar and shady did a fantastic job repairing my car's battery. Loved the service. Greatly appreciated!

Ashqar was very professional and changed my battery in a jiffy. 10 mins and done. Great job!

Got in a fender bender today and was unable to drive my car. Called AAA and they sent Ihab from A & B towing. He is a great driver and an even better conversationalist. He got my car and I where we needed to be safely. I hope I don't have to get a tow again but if I do, I'll request Ihab!! read more

Ihab was really helpful and friendly throughout the towing process. Thank you for the service Ihab!

A & B Towing Employee ASSAULTED and THREATENED my life! A & B TOWING FAILED to move my car because one worker pulled my whole front bumper. They were not taking RESPONSIBILITY for their actions. They FAILED to pick up my car the next day and fix it up. I have pictures when the tow truck driver messed up my car. The Tow Truck driver who MESSED up my car was an African American named Adam. He even admitted it was his FAULT. They had one job which was to move my car to my house and they FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB and also failed to FIX my car. The next day; The manager, MIKE, said they were going to pick up my car later that evening. They never picked up my vehicle that night because the manager, Mike, a bald guy with tattoos, FORGOT to tell the night shift workers. That was very RUDE and IRRESPONSIBLE. I had to call back and remind A & B towing why they NEVER picked up my vehicle. They were NOT ON TIME and were not helpful. The phone operators were not HELPFUL at all because they IGNORED my response by putting me on HOLD and switching operators. I have work in the mornings and I had NO TRANSPORTATION! Not only that, but I have no transportation for my work. I am LOSING MONEY because I COUDN'T go to work. I need my car for transportation. The next day after work, on January 18th, I had the WORST TRAUMATIC experience at A&B TOWING COMPANY. After work, I show up to A&B TOWING in the afternoon, to present myself. I go speak to the front desk clerk, explaining my situation, because they haven't done anything yet! As I was explaining my story, the manager, Mike, a bald short guy with tattoos, cuts me off and tells me to come inside their towing parking lot from the main entrance. I thought he was going to understand my situation and fix my problem; but he didn't do that at all! Mike pulls me inside in the corner of their towing parking lot, SECRETLY outside where there were probably No Cameras, and starts PUSHING ME and THREATENING ME! Most of the workers were surrounding me and threatening me too! I told Mike to not TOUCH ME at all, but he didn't CARE. He was HARASSING me and SHOVING me in front of his co-workers! He's trying to Fight me inside their BUSINESS TOWING LOT by SHOVING me and saying VULGAR words close to my face! He kept TOUCHING me without my PERMISSION! He was very CLOSE to me! I FELT THREATENED because I was SURROUNDED by all of them, but mostly it was MIKE. All I wanted was my car to be FIXED, but HE made the SITUATION WORSE. I told him he was VIOLATING MY RIGHTS because he's not allowed to TOUCH anyone like that! I am a CUSTOMER and he was VIOLATING my RIGHTS! I was lucky enough that one employee unlocked the door for me since the entrance door was LOCKED. Mike kept HARASSING me and PUSHING me without my PERMISSION. I told him that was UNFAIR and WRONGFUL of him to do that to a CUSTOMER! All I asked for was to get my car fixed since it was THEIR FAULT! I was in TOTAL DISBELIEF! I couldn't believe in my own eyes this BAD PERSON did that to me! AN EMPLOYEE DID THAT TO A CUSTOMER! This person was very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and HATEFUL! I was very SHOCKED! He tried THREATENING me this whole time that I had to leave and ask for HELP! I asked the first citizen to come and help me out because of what just happened to me. She agreed to come and record on her phone because I needed someone to record for my PROTECTION. I go inside again with a WITNESS; there was a customer inside too. I tried telling the employees that I need my car fixed. They didn't care at all, and the "manager", Mike RESPONDED WITH THREAT! They were not letting the witness RECORD! As I was inside at the entrance, Mike got VERY CLOSE to me; he was SHOVING me, and then CHOKES me with both of his BARE HANDS! I was PETRIFIED and DEFENSELESS! As he was CHOKING me, I couldn't move at all because I couldn't BREATH. I felt defenseless and SCARED! I was TERRIFIED and FRIGHTENED as he was CHOKING me because his tone of voice was TERRIFYING. He had the look in his eyes as he was going to show NO MERCY! Not only that, but he PUSHED me out the door and said "I HAVE YOUR ADRESS HERE! I'm going to FUCK YOU UP!" From that moment, I started FEARING for my LIFE! He should've never do that to ANYONE, especially to a CUSTOMER! With his WRONG ACTIONS, Mike gave me the DEATH THREAT, and I feel very TRAUMATIZED from this EXPERIENCE! I am SCARED for my life and am very FRIGHTENED! After going through this experience, I've had TROUBLE SLEEPING because of this TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE. I feel ABUSED because this HORRIBLE MAN ASSAULTED me and THREATENED my life! Since that incident, I COULD NOT SLEEP at all and have LOST A SENSE OF APPETITE. I have had trouble sleeping, having NIGHTMARES all night. This is NOT RIGHT at all. I have a WITNESS and have PROOF of what they've done. I have pictures when my car got WRECKED by the tow truck driver, Adam. This place is a bad ENVIRONMENT WITH BAD PEOPLE! NOBODY SHOULD EVER GO THROUGH THIS EXPERIENCE AT ALL! 0 STARS! read more

What a way to start a Monday. My truck stalled in the middle of the road on the way to work. But hey, Bessie got to ride on a flatbed. Thank you FELIX for saving the day!! read more

Hands Down...BEST roadside service in the OC! Last Wednesday I had a tire blow out while exiting the freeway. Luckily, A&B Towing has Ihab who literally turned an ugly (and a little scary) situation around. From the moment I called for service,Ihab was communicative and provided excellent customer service. Due to the fact that my 11yr old son and I were on the freeway when the tire was punctured, I decided to just get car towed to a dealership. When Ihab arrived (in less than 15 min!!) he suggested that he just put my spare on and quickly changed tire for us and got us on our way in less than 10 min. In short, these guys made my day and turned a scary situation into a pleasant customer service experience! Thanks again Ihab!! If you're ever in need of roadside service or a tow don't hesitate give Ihab a call and give A&B Towing a try! Quick response time made all ttbe difference for me! read more

Ashqar was prompt, quick diagnosis. Changed battery. Great service! I would recommend this company for all your towing needs.

Husain was great, he was faster than the hold time I was on. Great Guy, fast service!

I had what could only be considered a nightmare on 2/21/19 AAA failed to forward my call not 1x, not 2x, not 3x but 4x When they finally came out the fine people of AAA stripped my lug nuts. They sent out A & B Towing. OMG!! Lee is amazing!! He was so kind. He understood that I had been waiting over 3hrs for service and did everything he could to help me out. We ended up having to tow my car to my tire shop. Upon hearing that my ride wouldn't be there for 40 min he called dispatch and insisted that he take me home. This was very much appreciated as it was very cold out and I didn't want to get sick. Lee you are fabulous!! read more

I called AAA for a tow to the dealership due to a transmission malfunction. Ihab called to let me know he was on his way and arrived right when he said he would. Once he arrived he checked my battery to see if he could save me the trouble of the tow and a potentially very expensive repair. After confirming that it wasn't the battery he got my car hooked up and towed in no time. Ihab was very polite and courteous, read more

Carlos was great. He showed up earlier than expected and got me to the shop in record time. I didn't expect much but he did above and beyond as well as stayed professional the entire time. If I get to choose I would request him by name. -The guy with the red chevy and shot alignment read more

Gina is super nice however, that does not make up for them cancelling last minute. The day before they said they would have this together for the next morning after receiving confirmation from Gina it then turned into extending the time frame 3 times. Followed by a 4th call only to cancel until the next day. With no reason and after waiting HOURS! A & B Towing- next time check your calendar before agreeing to new business. Worse customer experience and service. If you have time to sit and wait then choose them if not go for someone who will actually care to do business and can be professional about doing it and care of their customers... not like this place read more

My truck broke down on the freeway and AAA affiliated A&B Towing cane to the rescue. Hassan was driving the tow truck and he went above and beyond with helping me get my truck to the shop at 1:30 in the morning. He was friendly and even dropped me off at my house afterwards. I even left my wallet in the tow truck on accident and followed up the next morning at their offices and he had kept it safe for me and it was returned without a hitch. I know towing companies get a bad rap sometimes but these guys do great and honest work and if anything went wrong with my vehicle again then I'd definitely prefer their service! read more

Matt was the best driver! After miscommunication with another tow service he picked me up extremely quickly! Got to me within 20 mins a whole 30 mins earlier than he was initially supposed to come! Hadley towing had messed up and had me waiting on the freeway on ramp for long over an hour! Glad AAA got me in touch with A & B! So incredibly helpful! Matt was the best! Marco was awesome! Our car wasn't starting so we called AAA. Marco called us about 5 minutes after we called and let us know he would be there within 20 minutes. He was there on time and tried the battery and when that didn't work, he loaded up the car and took it to our house. read more

These guys are extremely rude and unprofessional. You should NOT trust them with your car! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE JERKS!! read more

Wow. WOW. WOW!!! Story of my life, after a half day at work, I'm gleefully skipping to my car, Sandy, to return home. STOP. Car refuses to start. No panic yet. This happened 2X before, and I was always able to get my car to start back up. Even the last mechanic who checked my car a month ago said the battery was fine! No such luck. Car still doesn't start after multiple attempts. Come on, Sandy, haven't I taken such good care of you? Haven't our 220K+ miles spent together meant anything to you? Why aren't you working? Did I do something wrong?!!? I'm supposed to be celebrating Friday Feast Leftovers (after all, it IS Black Friday!), and you're stopping me!!! Superhero Roommie arrives, & we try to jump the battery at least 5X - no luck. Luckily, Superhero Roommie has AAA, and they send over A&B Towing. Victor L. was super efficient and knowledgeable! He took a look at the engine, looked at the valves/battery, and attempted to start the car. After a few tries revving the engine, Sandy began to run again! He explained that he thought there was something blocking a certain valve which let the car idle. Either that, or something wrong with a sensor in that area. Victor L. was so, SO great- he even spoke with Pauley at California Brake Works & Auto Repair to possibly diagnose my problem before I arrived! (http://www.yelp.com/biz/california-brake-works-and-auto-repair-costa-mesa#hrid:8Hd82AnKD4U_4amE9u5GIQ) A free tow (up to 7miles) was available, but we took our chances and drove to California Brake Works & Auto Repair. Victor L. could've just left after he helped us, but instead, he said he would escort me to make sure I got there safely; he wanted to make sure my car wouldn't stall as I was driving. PHENOMENAL. Such great, absolutely wonderful service. If I could give 10 stars, believe me, I would! Victor L., I'm sending you a basket of something, or a gift card, because, seriously, you were so, SO super AWESOME!!!!! read more

I am shocked this company has 4star rating. Was referred to them through triple A. My car died unexpectedly in the top level of the John Wayne parking lot. There were no height clearance issues. What was most frustrating about them was their inability to Communicate. The driver did not return any of my calls, nor did the dispatch effectively let me know the driver was having issues. After an hour and a half and an hour over the quoted service time, the dispatch contacted me and to let me know the driver could not get his truck in the parking lot. There feedback was to call Tesla directly. I spoke to Tesla, they contacted OC Motors who were able to get a flat bed truck in no problem. (However is costing me money) I also spoke to the parking company who confirmed in writing flat bed trucks continuously come into the parking structure. A formal complaint has been filed with AAA. Again my biggest issue with this company is their inability to communicate and provide customer service. read more

AAA sent A&B towing to help me out when my car died. It was stuck in a parking garage and I was stressed about. Ihab from A&B showed up cool and calm and positive and reassured me we would figure it out. After a quick assessment, he assured me it was the battery. He arranged for the battery service tech to come out very quickly! Problem solved! Thanks Ihab! read more

Just had to tow my car today since my car was acting up so badly it was unsafe to drive. They were very professional and efficient, and the tow driver was very nice and friendly so he was very pleasant to talk to. I think the rate was very reasonable. I was charged $65 for hooking up the car and $5/each mile. Thankfully I didn't have to tow it for so many miles so I could get it done with less than $100. Towing your car is never really fun but they made it so much better. read more

Ok...this is becoming a habit, reviewing tow truck companies ....hmmm, maybe a need a newer car. Today, thanks to some drywall with nails still attached I ended up on the side of the 55 Freeway South with 2 flat tires. So I called AAA, told them I need a flat bed as I had 2 flat tires, and they dispatched A & B towing. Now normally being towed is no big deal, but with a 25 year old Corvette, which has been lowered, and has non standard super low profiles tires, well, it becomes a problem. About 15 minutes later Miguel arrived in a spotless flatbed rig, seriously, I have never seen such a clean tow truck! He took a quick look around the car, commented that it was very low, even more so now with the flats, but that it would be no problem. Now I have to admit I am a little paranoid about my "baby", and I have had flat bed tows before, and the car always catches on something, but no need, it was in good hands. Miguel didn't do what I expected with the flat bed, instead he got several pieces of lumber and right there on the side of the freeway he made a simple ramp extender. Ok, now I'm sure this is something they do every day, but to someone who in the past has had to listen to the bottom of his car grinding on the bed of the tow truck, this was nothing short of brilliant. The ride home was pleasant and uneventful, Miguel unloaded the car with the same wood ramp setup, and even helped my put it in the garage. Recommended.! read more

Barely avoided an accident with one of the tow drivers from here today, 10/17. Cut me off when I was in a turn lane, WHILE TOWING A CAR, Came ridiculously close to slamming into the side of my car. No signal, no awareness at all. Where do you find these people? The car that was being towed was wobbling and pieces were falling into the street as he was driving. Definitely would never trust this place to tow my car. How can you work as a tow driver and not even follow basic rules of the road? read more
