A & B Towing Employee ASSAULTED and THREATENED my life! A & B TOWING FAILED to move my car because one worker pulled my whole front bumper. They were not taking RESPONSIBILITY for their actions. They FAILED to pick up my car the next day and fix it up. I have pictures when the tow truck driver messed up my car. The Tow Truck driver who MESSED up my car was an African American named Adam. He even admitted it was his FAULT. They had one job which was to move my car to my house and they FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB and also failed to FIX my car. The next day; The manager, MIKE, said they were going to pick up my car later that evening. They never picked up my vehicle that night because the manager, Mike, a bald guy with tattoos, FORGOT to tell the night shift workers.That was very RUDE and IRRESPONSIBLE. I had to call back and remind A & B towing why they NEVER picked up my vehicle.They were NOT ON TIME and were not helpful. The phone operators were not HELPFUL at all because they IGNORED my response by putting me on HOLD and switching operators. I have work in the mornings and I had NO TRANSPORTATION! Not only that, but I have no transportation for my work. I am LOSING MONEY because I COUDN'T go to work. I need my car for transportation. The next day after work, on January 18th, I had the WORST TRAUMATIC experience at A&B TOWING COMPANY. After work, I show up to A&B TOWING in the afternoon, to present myself. I go speak to the front desk clerk, explaining my situation, because they haven't done anything yet! As I was explaining my story, the manager, Mike, a bald short guy with tattoos, cuts me off and tells me to come inside their towing parking lot from the main entrance. I thought he was going to understand my situation and fix my problem; but he didn't do that at all! Mike pulls me inside in the corner of their towing parking lot, SECRETLY outside where there were probably No Cameras, and starts PUSHING ME and THREATENING ME! Most of the workers were surrounding me and threatening me too! I told Mike to not TOUCH ME at all, but he didn't CARE. He was HARASSING me and SHOVING me in front of his co-workers! He's trying to Fight me inside their BUSINESS TOWING LOT by SHOVING me and saying VULGAR words close to my face! He kept TOUCHING me without my PERMISSION! He was very CLOSE to me! I FELT THREATENED because I was SURROUNDED by all of them, but mostly it was MIKE. All I wanted was my car to be FIXED, but HE made the SITUATION WORSE. I told him he was VIOLATING MY RIGHTS because he's not allowed to TOUCH anyone like that! I am a CUSTOMER and he was VIOLATING my RIGHTS! I was lucky enough that one employee unlocked the door for me since the entrance door was LOCKED. Mike kept HARASSING me and PUSHING me without my PERMISSION. I told him that was UNFAIR and WRONGFUL of him to do that to a CUSTOMER! All I asked for was to get my car fixed since it was THEIR FAULT! I was in TOTAL DISBELIEF! I couldn't believe in my own eyes this BAD PERSON did that to me! AN EMPLOYEE DID THAT TO A CUSTOMER! This person was very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and HATEFUL! I was very SHOCKED! He tried THREATENING me this whole time that I had to leave and ask for HELP! I asked the first citizen to come and help me out because of what just happened to me. She agreed to come and record on her phone because I needed someone to record for my PROTECTION. I go inside again with a WITNESS; there was a customer inside too. I tried telling the employees that I need my car fixed. They didn't care at all, and the "manager", Mike RESPONDED WITH THREAT! They were not letting the witness RECORD! As I was inside at the entrance, Mike got VERY CLOSE to me; he was SHOVING me, and then CHOKES me with both of his BARE HANDS! I was PETRIFIED and DEFENSELESS! As he was CHOKING me, I couldn't move at all because I couldn't BREATH. I felt defenseless and SCARED! I was TERRIFIED and FRIGHTENED as he was CHOKING me because his tone of voice was TERRIFYING. He had the look in his eyes as he was going to show NO MERCY! Not only that, but he PUSHED me out the door and said "I HAVE YOUR ADRESS HERE! I'm going to FUCK YOU UP!" From that moment, I started FEARING for my LIFE! He should've never do that to ANYONE, especially to a CUSTOMER! With his WRONG ACTIONS, Mike gave me the DEATH THREAT, and I feel very TRAUMATIZED from this EXPERIENCE! I am SCARED for my life and am very FRIGHTENED! After going through this experience, I've had TROUBLE SLEEPING because of this TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE. I feel ABUSED because this HORRIBLE MAN ASSAULTED me and THREATENED my life! Since that incident, I COULD NOT SLEEP at all and have LOST A SENSE OF APPETITE. I have had trouble sleeping, having NIGHTMARES all night. This is NOT RIGHT at all. I have a WITNESS and have PROOF of what they've done. I have pictures when my car got WRECKED by the tow truck driver, Adam. This place is a bad ENVIRONMENT WITH BAD PEOPLE! Hands Down...BEST roadside service in the OC! Last Wednesday I had a tire blow out while exiting the freeway. Luckily, A&B Towing has Ihab who literally turned an ugly (and a little scary) situation around. From the moment I called for service,Ihab was communicative and provided excellent customer service. Due to the fact that my 11yr old son and I were on the freeway when the tire was punctured, I decided to just get car towed to a dealership. My truck broke down on the freeway and AAA affiliated A&B Towing cane to the rescue. Hassan was driving the tow truck and he went above and beyond with helping me get my truck to the shop at 1:30 in the morning. He was friendly and even dropped me off at my house afterwards. I even left my wallet in the tow truck on accident and followed up the next morning at their offices and he had kept it safe for me and it was returned without a hitch. I know towing companies get a bad rap sometimes but these guys do great and honest work and if anything went wrong with my vehicle again then I'd definitely prefer their service! read more

I am shocked this company has 4star rating. Was referred to them through triple A. My car died unexpectedly in the top level of the John Wayne parking lot. There were no height clearance issues. What was most frustrating about them was their inability to Communicate. The driver did not return any of my calls, nor did the dispatch effectively let me know the driver was having issues. After an hour and a half and an hour over the quoted service time, the dispatch contacted me and to let me know the driver could not get his truck in the parking lot. There feedback was to call Tesla directly. I spoke to Tesla, they contacted OC Motors who were able to get a flat bed truck in no problem. (However is costing me money) I also spoke to the parking company who confirmed in writing flat bed trucks continuously come into the parking structure. A formal complaint has been filed with AAA. Again my biggest issue with this company is their inability to communicate and provide customer service. read more

Barely avoided an accident with one of the tow drivers from here today, 10/17. Cut me off when I was in a turn lane, WHILE TOWING A CAR, Came ridiculously close to slamming into the side of my car. No signal, no awareness at all. Where do you find these people? The car that was being towed was wobbling and pieces were falling into the street as he was driving. Wow. WOW. WOW!!! Story of my life, after a half day at work, I'm gleefully skipping to my car, Sandy, to return home. STOP. Car refuses to start. No panic yet. This happened 2X before, and I was always able to get my car to start back up. Even the last mechanic who checked my car a month ago said the battery was fine! No such luck. Superhero Roommie arrives, & we try to jump the battery at least 5X - no luck. Luckily, Superhero Roommie has AAA, and they send over A&B Towing. Victor L. was super efficient and knowledgeable! He took a look at the engine, looked at the valves/battery, and attempted to start the car. After a few tries revving the engine, Sandy began to run again! He explained that he thought there was something blocking a certain valve which let the car idle. Either that, or something wrong with a sensor in that area.
