Plus after a discussion with the owner, she insured me that her processor charges 4% for this transaction which is 2 1/2% higher than what the exchange rate is for the entire United States. After speaking to her processor, they said if the owner said it's a transaction fee from the merchant service processor that is illegal in Massachusetts. So will I be back? I'm not sure.
